„Beautiful and quiet neighborhood but it is a HOA. The house was fairly clean, but the carpet was very stained and there was a weird smell. It didn't seem like the sheets were washed (you could see the imprint of the last sleeper), so I spent the first couple of hours washing bedding, which wasn't fun. It was a little weird, because it seemed like the family was just there a few minutes ago. I believe the owners are travelers and have a maid service come in between renters. The maid seemed to ...

„We had a mini Family Reunion in the Albany area so 10 of us stay at this spacious home. Plenty of sleeping capability and bathrooms to accommodate all of us. The back patio and fire pit was a real treat as the evening got cooler. Location was super as we had many flying into Albany Intl Airport. We had a great golf tournament at Frear Park Golf Course. With the foliage changing and nice weather - it was perfect! Thanks for letting us stay with you! “

„This sizable 4 bedroom space gave us everything we needed for a great price! Minor cleanliness issues aside, we had no problem getting into the house, which was well-located right off the main road in Colonie. Despite being so close to a busy street, it was quiet and peaceful at night. Ideal for a stay in the Albany area and was just what we needed, would definitely recommend!“

„The apartment was adequate for our stay in the Albany area to attend my niece's wedding. There was plenty of room and the apartment was clean. The owners are in the process of renovating so at this time there is work that needs to be done. We would have liked to spend time in the yard and build a campfire down by the river but there was some construction going on in the back of the house. Overall, it was a nice stay and will likely be even nicer when the renovations are complete.“

„Barbara was so easy and nice to communicate with! The house was as described/looks in pictures and had everything we needed for our family (13 people), including a basement area where the kids could hang out and watch tv while we cooked in the beautiful kitchen! The location is too far from downtown Troy to easily walk but is an easy drive. The building has multiple units and finding the right one was a bit tricky, but the place was clean and well-kept overall and parking was easy, I would stay again.“

„We had a group of 9 at the house for the weekend. It’s in a good location, about 10-15 mins to downtown Saratoga, SPAC, and the track. The heated pool is awesome, we spent a lot of time in it. The house was nice and clean when we arrived. Overall, I’d recommend this as a great place to stay. The only negative was the grill. We planned to use it but decided not to because it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned this summer and we didn’t want to risk a grease fire.“

„The home was comfortable and was located in a great location. Owner described property accurately. Our only concern was there were guests in the garden apartment and their child was very loud. We had a hard time falling asleep at night. In the upstairs bedroom you can’t hear the garden apartment but you can in downstairs bedroom. “
