„This is the second time we’ve stayed at the boathouse and we have really enjoyed both times. The best part is the screened in back porch with a beautiful view of sunrises, perfect for enjoying coffee first thing in the morning. Only complaint we have is the TVs. The living room tv was difficult to operate and we couldn’t get the bedroom tv to work at all.“

„Overall not a bad property for an overnight stay. King bed didn’t sleep or support well and felt like I was sleeping in a little gulley. The guests in the other two rooms slept excellent on their bed. House was accommodating but age was apparent in furnishings and some wear and tear. Also some in our party said the house smelled a bit like a dog had slept there even though no pets were allowed. Some guests from the guestbook liked the cow decor but seemed a little odd that we were invited to try ...

„I couldn’t have imagined a better stay! Andrew was an excellent communicator. We traveled with my family including 3 young girls, ages 3, 6, and 7. The beds were all very comfortable and the home was meticulously cleaned before we arrived. The location was great to go to FSU’s comets, about a 10 minute drive. We hope to come back the next time we are up!“

„My family and I have stayed at this house a number of times when visiting relatives in Tallahassee. It’s always clean and well provisioned. The neighborhood is quiet. The pool is nice. Each year our daughter attempts a swim in late December with mixed results. It’s a good place for a group of 2-6 who need some room and plan to prepare some of their meals. “

„Wonderful host, you couldn’t ask for anything more! We could have hung out and chilled with her and her husband. Very clean and comfortable stay on the lake, we were working, but it sure made life great! Everything you would need, if it’s not there they will go out of there way to get. Go for the weekend, the week or as long as you care to, don’t pass this one up, it’s a place you will visit as much as possible I promise you!!“

„Steve's place was an absolute delight. Veey safe neighborhood and close to shopping and entertainment! We loved the huge sofa! It fit all 4 of us easy for hanging out and watching TV. The bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. The beds slept excellent! The kitchen was great, as it was equipt with plenty of cookware and utensils. I was able to make breakfast and dinner daily! Parking was easy, with plenty of availability. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area!“

„House is older but in decent shape... layout a bit funky but that’s fine. Beds were comfy enough and kitchen was decently stocked. The way it’s written is a bit misleading as there are only 2 full baths (and 2 half baths) not 3 full baths which is a bit tricky with 10 people. Host was very responsive and checkin was seamless. Only real issue was the cleaning people need to step it up. Also someone needs to reach out to the neighbor about their dog barking throughout the night.“

„We needed a place to stay during Hurricane Milton and Rory really came through last minute for us. I had accidently booked wrong dates for another property and he immediately helped me get switched to another one he had available. He responded quickly with any questions.
