„The house on the beach has a real cabin feel which was just what we were looking for in our winter getaway. We found the heat on but the cabin was cold when we arrived. No surprise - it was near 40F outside. There is a mini-split in the open living space and electric wall heaters in each bedroom, in the laundry room, and a heater in the bathroom. „House has pretty much everything you could need. Coffee grinder... some food, some condiments... every kinda pan and cooking utensil. Bathrooms are pretty nice. w/d works well enough. If it's not clear this is The Kingfisher House... there are t-shirts in every size and color in case you want to take one home. „This stay was a belated family get together to celebrate the holidays. The size of the house and its amenities were more than adequate for our family of 9. The game room kept the kids (and adults) busy during our rainy weekend. We saw plenty of eagles and seals from the large picture windows to pass the time.
