Kayak, float, swim, fish, walk to the sandflats all from the private landing or just relax on the patio and enjoy the sights, sounds, boats, and wildlife of Clinton Harbor. 2 neighborhood beaches are just a short stroll away or take a 10-minute nature walk along the water to Clinton Town beach. House has 2 large bedrooms with plenty of storage and one full bath. The designer, gourmet kitchen is open to a large living room with AMAZING views. Generous outdoor seating options and firepit for your enjoyment.

A perfect getaway!
This is our third stay at this beautiful home. The house is immaculate and had all the conveniences necessary for an enjoyable trip. The sunsets from this location are spectacular, and not to be missed! This has been a perfect relaxing getaway and I would highly recommend this rental. Kim, the homeowner, is always responsive & a pleasure to work with, when we had questions. We will definitely be back to rent again.

Wonderful Getaway
The house is as advertised....clean and neat, with everything you will need for a brief or lengthier stay. The views are beautiful and across the bay is Meigs's Point, a wonderful place to hike at Hammonasset Beach. I would recommend this home to anyone, especially if the ocean and beautiful views are what you love.

Beautiful Home!!!
This property is a legit piece of heaven on earth! Water-view location, in addition to the immaculate conditions of the interior and exterior made for a perfect get away. The host was remarkable as well. Extremely responsive, receptive, and likely one of the kindest people I have ever conversed with. The kitchen is a chefs dream! House was equipped with every single possible essential. (even garlic powder and olive oil :) By far the very best VRBO experience to date!! Highly recommend!!!

COMFORT ON THE COAST
We use VRBO often. This is an exceptional waterfront property. Every feature inside and outside is designed for comfort and kept immaculately. Details … outfitting of the kitchen … quality of linens … quality of mattresses … outdoor furniture … etc. … all superb. The host is friendly and helpful.

Home Away from home
This was a staycation for me, which enabled me to give my father, a wonderful birthday and Father’s Day gift. He lost his little home in Sanibel Island, two years ago to the hurricane, and always loves to look at the water and see the birds. He turns 95 this year, and I wanted to spoil him with the beautiful home and view that Kim provided at the landing.. He was comfortable from the minute we got there with all the wonderful amenities that Kim provided. He enjoyed, showing the place off to several visitors, who came to wish him happy birthday. It was the perfect setting for him. as his daughter and caregiver, I cannot say enough good things about the landing. It was heaven to me as well, so peaceful, so well put together and a dream kitchen would love to do it all over again. It’s a place that would be beautiful in every season. I hope I can return someday. Thank you Kim . Ciao m.

Beautiful Property Right On Long Island Sound
The weather wasn't perfect, but the house sure was. Super updated house, right on the ocean. Amazing back patio. We enjoyed the proximity to the restaurants on the Shoreline, sunsets at night, and fishing. Kim the owner was super responsive. We will be back for sure.

Love the Landing
We loved the harbor front location. The view is wonderful, and the grounds are set up for outdoor living. We like to cook in. The kitchen is the best we have found yet. Kim is a gracious and attentive host. Look forward to returning next year.

Fabulous!!
Kim’s Landing is a gorgeous house in a spectacular location! The views of Long Island Sound are breathtaking, and the property is amazing. Spotless, spacious indoor and outdoor living spaces, a huge, beautiful kitchen, very comfortable bed. We had a fire on the patio both nights-it was lovely! We kayaked right from the house too. There’s a short but really fun and scenic walk to the public beach-we highly recommend that! Kim was so responsive and helpful as well. She thought of everything-beach towels, beach blankets, sunscreen, firewood-it was awesome! More amenities than I’ve ever seen at any VRBO. We couldn’t have asked for a better weekend getaway at an amazing, well appointed property!

Waterfront perfection!
We just can’t say enough about this lovely beach house!! Beautiful accommodations, comfy, plush bed, immaculately clean, plenty of storage. All the dishes and other kitchen items, appliances, linens and furniture are of very nice quality, which makes it a pleasure to stay here. The bedroom door opens without a squeak! Very important if you get up early to see the gorgeous light as the sun comes up and burns off the haze over the water but don’t want to wake anyone else! We loved how private the outside areas are, and how quiet the neighborhood was - we almost forgot we had neighbors! There are so many options for outside seating! Shady, breezy spots, a chaise for sunbathing; the sofa was great to lean back and stargaze, and the Adirondack chairs by the fire pit were perfect in the evenings! We loved every minute and hope to return one day soon!

A relaxing and beautiful location
This is our second time at this location and plan to return again. It's such a great place that is close to home to go chill and forget life's stresses. The house has everything you need. It's sparkling clean and comfortable. The sunsets are spectacular. Lots of things to do nearby. Great restaurants also near by. But most of all, excellent communication with the host. Impressed to say the least! This house was completely stocked - beach chairs, beach towels, pillows, blankets, coffee, water! Highchair & Pack and Play! I couldn’t believe how everything was right there ready to use! Having a full size washer and dryer was wonderful, especially traveling with children. Kim’s communication was fantastic from start to finish. So kind. The neighborhood is very quaint and having two beaches to choose from was a bonus - although you don’t even need to leave the property unless you want sand in your toes! The yard in addition to the patio was very ideal! Coffee in the morning, margaritas during the day, wine at night - it was so picturesque. A true vacation. I highly recommend for anyone to rent this house. Can’t wait to be back!
