„We had a lovely stay near to the UW campus for our daughters graduation. Very close to fun restaurants, campus the stadium and shopping. The host was very kind to accommodate our unique requests and offer assistance during our stay. Great for a small family visiting the University or a student.“

„Our family of 6 stayed for just 1 night. We were leaving for a cruise the next day. The place was clean and really nicely decorated with nice upgrades. They even had fresh flowers for us . Beds were comfy and the whole family was very impressed by the place. Living area was large didn’t feel cramped. Great views of downtown Seattle from the rooftop. Highly recommend .“

„We absolutely loved the property. It was big enough for our large family, especially clean, with a huge kitchen with all of the cooking essentials we needed. It's in a calm but centrally located neighborhood that's convenient to almost anywhere in downtown Seattle and the UW area, and only a few blocks' walk to Lake Union. „Very much enjoyed our stay. Briefly: 2 negatives- awkward entrance. One walks across their front lawn to enter a side gate, then around back to entrance. 2) temperature control in unit controlled upstairs. A nice gas fireplace to warm things up or open windows to cool the place down. Positives: Beautiful interior. Fully stocked kitchen. Lots of room. Laundry. Comfortable beds. Clean. „We had a little trouble getting into our parking space as the above tenant did not leave very much room for our vehicle. Otherwise the place was nice. Couple of lights not working. And a few electrical outlets also not working. But overall a good clean place that met our needs.“
