„I requested and received a confirmation for a NON-smoking room. A couple of days before my stay I called with a question and was told my room was a smoking room. After explaining I had allergies and wanted a room change, I was told the only way to make a change was to upgrade to a more expensive room ($25 more). „2 of my friends and I booked a stay here for a weekend. We spent some time in Duluth but also spent a lot of time in this home. It was comfortable, private, relaxing, quiet, and beautiful!!!! „We had a good weekend at this property overall. The proximity to the campground's bathhouse was really nice. Honestly, we mostly just walked over to the bathhouse for bathing and bathroom needs (I think one family member did shower in the RV). We had some small issues (this is an older model, we wouldn't expect perfection by any stretch) and the host was very responsive by text. We had never stayed in an RV before, it was a pleasant weekend for sure. “

Apparently there was a communication problem with the groundskeeper regarding the date we would arrive, so our camper wasn't ready when we got there (no hot water or electricity) but it was promptly handled by a phone call. It was fun to stay here!“

RV park was quiet and clean, the communal showers were incredibly well taken care of (note; the RV has a clean, working shower we just didn't use it). Overall we had a very pleasant experience.
