„We have stayed at this property many times. Check in was seamless and the front desk staff were excellent. My spouse and I were excited to stay in one of the newly renovated rooms. A few items however were missing. There was not a shower curtain and we discovered when we needed to contact the front desk to report a disturbance during quiet hours, there was not a cord attached to the in room phone. When we reported the disturbance the front desk did not initially acknowledge. When I called back ...

„Continental breakfast was good with many options; though the coffee seemed very watered down. Beds were comfortable. View of the lake from our room was nice. Pool is decent size, but cold despite being “heated.” The hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants and shops which is a plus.“

„The mattress of one bed was totally broken. That’s not what I expected when I book a room. Those essential things should be checked by the management regularly. Wi-Fi could be better on the balcony. The other amenities in the room where good, these would be a 3-4 star rating.“

The place (at least the first floor) is under renovation, but they confine the work to M-F working hours and we never heard any construction noise from our room on the second floor.
