"Poorly managed and not even a fan in a non a/c hotel. When we arrived the reception was empty and as the mechanical as the electronical bell were both muted. After 5 minutes we went to the adjacent restaurant and asked the waiter who doubled as receptionist. He only spoke Czech - my partner luckily speaks a little. Otherwise we would not have been able to communicate. Our reservation was not in their system. I showed him that everything had been confirmed etc but he said it’s not in the system so he can’t do anything for us. We had to insist that he does something about the situation but he needed to go to the restaurant which I understand. He then made a call, then it worked and we got a key to a room. 1st floor, elevator doesn’t work. We carried our stuff upstairs - opened the door to a sticky hot room without the requested queen bed but two single beds on opposite side of the room. We went downstairs and asked for another room or a fan. The hotel was empty but no double bed and no fans available. A/C the place didn’t have which is okay. He then gave us the key to a room with 3 single beds (we were two), equally hot and sticky. We complained at hotels.com who spoke to the manager - a compensation was promised but of course it didn’t happen when we checked out. The state of the whole hotel was run down and definitely not worth the price. Rather stay at places like Hotel Telc or some nicely managed bed and breakfast. We couldn’t even sleep due to hea"

"Definitiv keine 4 Sterne, zumindest unser Zimmer 108. Sehr warm und miefig. Wenn man das Fenster öffnet, geht das zur Abluft vom Restaurant. In der Nacht ging es zum Lüften. Sehr abgewohnt. Fernbedienung sehr verdreckt, Vorhang hing runter, Kopfende beim Bett abgeschabt, wie gesagt, definitiv keine 4 Sterne bei unserem Zimmer. Evt. sind die anderen Zimmer besser. "

"Ausser am Morgen ist niemand da. Wir konnten unsere Motorräder in einen kleinen Innenhof stellen. Draussen sind Parkplätze rar in der Nähe. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig auch mit on demand zubereiteten Eierspeisen."
