„This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. “

„Limited linens, only two coffee cups. We ended up buying towels, washcloths and a coffee maker. They had a keurig type but we had no k cups and brought ground coffee with us. The dishwasher was not emptied even though it had been run. I had to constantly empty the dehumidifier. And it was freezing, I don’t believe the thermostats work.“

„First, the owner and their communication was fantastic. The space was exactly as described, comfortable and clean. The proximity to everything from the river, to downtown and even to the great restaurants on upper Broadway is walkable and great. The “but” is that we stayed Friday and Saturday and it is located right on Broadway (popular cruising street) next to a popular bar that itself is loud and fills the parking area out back with partying till near 2 am. Truly, otherwise, a great stay.“
