„Excellent in one word, Very good stay so far, I love their perception about their guests, they made room warm before we get in there which I liked the most and everything available in the room itself from tea to iron box (Small fridge, Microwave with clean bowels, fan, luggage rack, refreshments in fridge). „I don’t usually leave property reviews, and I tend to avoid places without a host check-in due to past bad experiences. However, I must say the check-in process was the easiest I’ve come across, clear instructions and codes made it seamless. The room was a delight and had everything I needed. I’ll definitely be using Urban again!“

„Der Pub ist total süß, sehr schön traditionelle Details. Essen ist super, sowohl Abendessen, als auch Frühstück. Die Unterkunft wird viel von Montagearbeitern genutzt und sieht leider dementsprechend aus. Mit wenig Aufwand könnte man einige Sachen wieder in Ordnung bringen. Leider hatten wir noch Dreck und Müll vom Vorgänger im Zimmer (Tassen nicht abgewaschen und in den Tassen Müll). Für eine Nacht zu Durchreise ist es okay. „Allison and cliff are very friendly and great cooks. The breafull English breakfast was outstanding. The rooms and home was so comfortable. I enjoyed being a about one hour outside of london and being able to explore the countryside. Cambridge. Castles, the north sra, and many other great sites.“

„Spacious room - staff very helpful- beautiful surroundings - lovely breakfast - asked to extend room for 1 hour and no quibble. Even an electric charge point - sadly did not get to experience the spa. Will definitely stay again “

„Lovely room - it was well equipped and great location. Disappointed with the customer service - did not feel valued as guests - from a perfunctory Manager to bar staff that did not even look up from washing glasses whilst waiting at the bar. This is down to training and never went beyond the minimum customer service. Shame as the room was excellent but customer service let it down.“

"I was a little bit worried about having booked a room without windows but let met tell you it was great. The rooms are in great conditions and clean. The hotel is located perfectly for a city or football trip. For this price the hotel is a bargain!"
