„We asked for a room change which was honored immediately. Our original room was located next to the elevator shaft. Every time the elevator was used, it made a loud swooshing noise. It too an hour and a half to get served our dinner at the hotel restaurant; we were comped our dinner because of this. Other than these 2 problems, we loved our room, staff and service, the ferry and grounds.“
