„Everything was great and everyone was helpful. It was more like a 15-20 minute walk to the beach, maybe more when the street is crowded. It was easier to use the pool at the condo. Also was a little difficult to use hot water in shower. There was no hot water to wash dishes in kitchen sink. Coco is a lovely town and we have already made arrangements to return.“

„We took our 4 teenagers to Costa Rica for Christmas. Casa Napoleon was beautiful, clean, spacious, and had all of the amenities we needed. The home is located inside of a gated community with 24 hour security and a guard shack which made us feel safe and at ease. The beach club access was an awesome perk - food and drinks were great, as was the beach. „The condo is very nice and has amazing views. There is a pool right outside the condo if you want something quiet and relaxing. If you want more activity, the Club has an amazing pool with a swim up bar. We also took advantage of the pickleball courts for open play. You need to drive to everything and traffic can get bad but lots to do right at the property. The restaurant there is great. Communication with Rich Coast Vacations was great. They respond quickly and are very helpful.“

„Stayed as a family of four with 2 young kids and the condo was perfect. It was nice to be away from the main town center and have a quick 1-2 min walk to the beach. Plenty of things nearby (restaurants, mini-market, etc) so trips to main street are only needed for bigger grocery store runs. „Lovely place right on the beach. Feels like a very Costa Rican place with beautiful outdoor lounging areas, lots of space inside, and a great location. As other reviews have mentioned, some locals will use the grass in front of the property for picnics but our experience was they were all very friendly. One guy even came back the next day to remove their garbage. We will definitely be coming back.“

„My group had an amazing time. There were 7 of us (all adults) and we were able to stay at this property comfortably. The pictures do not do this house justice. It is absolutely beautiful. I communicated with both Damien (house manager) and Bryan (concierge) and they both went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our vacation. 10/10 would definitely recommend. “

„I got very lucky with the location and overall experience at Sweet Dreams Ocotal. The location is perfect if you want a quiet beach day or a More lively crowd with lots of restaurants, bars, and shops. The property was perfect for my 8 night stay where I worked for 3 of those days. WiFi worked great. My neighbors were so nice and the check in process was easy.
