A Space for Everyone
The property was just as it said in the listing. It gave everyone ranging in age from newborn to 50 a place of to be themselves. It was close to many great restaurants and stores, and just a short jaunt to Orlando for all of those experiences. We were also able to experience two Space X launches that we could watch right off of the balcony. The house was very clean and well stocked with all you could need for a stay. The host was very responsive as well when we had a question.

Incredible experience
My fiancée and I found ourselves in a tight deadline to get into a place. This host was the most prompt in communication, which landed us in our stay here. I can’t express how glad we are that we ended up in this beautiful & CLEAN home. Waking up to the Beautiful Sunrise views on the Ocean front from the bedroom was amazing! We enjoyed the amenities very much so, such as the hot tub & pool, too. The proximity to ‘downtown’, cocoa beach strip, was so convenient. We certainly hope to return with the whole family, which we are confident the home will perfectly accommodate. We highly recommend. Thanks you so much!

Peaceful beachy getaway
This property is in an ideal location! Direct access to a beautiful beach, surf views and sounds, and seabreezes from the patio and balcony. Many restaurants to choose from nearby. The house is well appointed and is extremely live-able. My husband, son, and I enjoyed a quiet Thanksgiving weekend together. Our son attends FL Tech, so we plan to come back to this great property!

Incredible house with astonishing view!
Do not be fooled by the "A1A" street address of this property. It is gorgeous, spacious, well stocked and just steps to a fabulous stretch of beach that is not crowded at all. The pool is lovely too! There is a sizable yard on the ocean side for cornhole or other games. There are towels aplenty and the kitchen is very well provisioned. The gas grill is excellent and heats up hot to put a nice char on meats. The layout of the house is so comfortable - plenty of room to be together or find quiet space as needed. The Master bedroom is exquisite! The balcony provides a hypnotic view of the ocean and rocket launches from here were super special. The location is about four blocks from where the commercial area is - an easy walk or bike. This was a truly exceptional house that we enjoyed for two weeks and were sad to leave. The property management was super responsive and friendly. Would definitely return if we go to Cocoa Beach again.

The most memorable holiday!
We’ve just had the most fantastic week, we are all very sad to be leaving! The villa is beautiful, clean and well stocked. The host was very responsive and hospitable. The setting was just perfect, lots of days spent on the beach, by the pool and walks to Coconuts on the Beach for a late afternoon cocktail. Our week couldn’t have been more perfect. Thank you so much for having us!

Short beach trip before Disney
This place was absolutely perfect for our family!! We wanted a couple days to relax before hitting Disney hard & we're definitely not disappointed. The beach is just what we hoped for, not crowded at all. The pool was perfect for night time swims. The layout of the house allowed everyone their privacy but plenty of communal space to socialize. We will definitely stay here again

A 24 hour stay
Well first of all Milton wrecked havoc on a vacation that did not happen…..we r not from florida so we were not going to stay for a hurricane as I have been thru one and did not want to risk my life again nor my grandkids so we left….the house and location were going to be perfect as it was ideal for us to stay in but…..the weather sucked and ruined it…Melanie was wonderful and she helped us with a few problems and she had the place spotless for our arrival….I have reached out to you for some type of reimbursement and heard nothing as this was a big deal telling all people to leave the state…we would love to come back to this house with some type of money back or another week on you…I would love to have the name and phone number to the owners so I could call them and talk with them about this ordeal please as it’s the least you could do for us…I would also like to know why Vrbo has not contacted us onour stay. We would like a refund…. Debbie

Our family avoided a direct hit from the hurricane and had a wonderful vacation. Hated leaving but needed to start clean up of trees and limbs down at home. Hope to stay again in the future.

Last Beach Trip
My nephew is sick and wanted to see the Atlantic. We live in south Louisiana. This home on the beach was PERFECT! We had plenty of room, the beds were comfy, just sitting around was relaxing. As far as the beach.. had all we needed to spend the day. Chairs and umbrellas.. wagon to pull things, boogie boards and sand toys. The boys also loved the upool when we were not on the beach. AMAZING and we hope to visit again.

Home is beautiful and perfect size for 3 families. Picture of pool made it seem like the size of a pool you would have at your home, but very small. Would be nice to have a larger walking path to beach. Had to walk through high weeds. Maybe spray for bugs a little more often, but we know there is lots of food out with so manynpeople there. Check in team allowed us to check in earlier than 5 pm, much appreciated. We would go back.

Best Beach House
We had our whole family including young grandchildren. It has a great bunk room for long distance cousins to hang out and visit. The pool was a hit and the beach is just a minute walk. Great property managers, very responsive with great communication. We definitely want to return!

70th Birthday Beach Stay
We are addressing this to the home owners, We had no hot water. Roaches there and one family member had 2 crawl out of her bag when she got home. Had to reset the breaker to use the oven after using the microwave. The pool filter never ran. Took water samples to PinchaPenny from hot tub, pool and pool/jacuzzi. None were up to swimming standards. No chlorine registered. We have all 3 print outs. There should a rail by the steps so an elderly person has assistance getting out of the pool. Glad the grandkids didn’t come and swim in the pool.

House size was perfect for our 3 generation family, renting the house for 8 wonderful days. Property manager had good communication and respect when we didn’t want the hassle of dealing with an electrician (non emergency pre-scheduled routine repair) during our stay. Did notice neither the pool nor the hot tub was maintained as pool had submerged leaves and sand when we arrived, but equipment on premises (skimmer net and vac) helped, somewhat with that. FYI, not sure the ‘Friday pool maintenance person’ exists. Overlooked deferred maintenance (ok maybe not totally overlooked as we are in the real estate business) but overall, we had a fantastic family vacation and memories made!

The entire statwas great. The lack of communication with the host did put a little damper on our stay we tried contacting her before we left when we got there with nothing crickets I own a Vrbo communication is the key a few things where broken that need to be fixed. We had a few questions but we just figured it out.

The house was fantastic for our group. The kitchen was perfect since we all like to cook! Pool was not heated which is not great in November so we only got in one day. Hot tub was good but a larger one would have made it better, we had to rotate who was getting in and out, only 2 adults comfortably fit. Beach access was great. Overall experience was good for us.

Beach is beautiful. Property needs some attention/ maintenance. Media room equipment doesn’t work. Ceiling, windows and sliding doors leaked during rain. Landscaping needs some love. Hot tub was suppose to get cleaned and pool help didn’t show.

Oceanfront Happiness
This house is AMAZING! The view and sound of the ocean is breathtaking. The pool is perfectly located in the front of the home, privacy there and the backyard. The “grands” had their own bunk housewing of the house connected to the theater room, complete with mini fridge and microwave. We even watched a launch from Cape Canaveral from the back yard and beachfront. Jaden is amazing and so helpful. My family enjoyed a wonderful week! 5 plus stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
