Fantastic
We could not have been happier with this condo. The attention to detail is amazing. Marilyn was very attentive and even messaged us to let us know when the Rocket Launches were scheduled to take place while we were there. My husband and I can not wait to return to this beautiful home away from home. We were sad to leave.

Fabulous place to stay!
We had to change our vacation plans last minute due to Hurricane Helene damaging the place we originally booked on the Gulf side, and we’re so glad we ended up in Cocoa Beach! Marilyn was absolutely fantastic—super responsive and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, Hurricane Milton hit while we were here, but Marilyn guided us every step of the way, from lowering the hurricane shutters to who to contact for any issues. Her support made all the difference, and we couldn't have asked for a better host! As for the condo itself, it was cozy, well-stocked, and truly felt like a home away from home. Despite the weather, we absolutely loved our time here and would highly recommend this place to anyone. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful, well equipped, great beach condo!!
Marilyn was fast responding and very nice. The condo was very well renovated and decorated. Beds were super comfy, and all the beach gear was there..and more! Kitchen was great and anything you can think of is there. We had a brief stay but wish it had been longer. A little pricier than some other condos in the area, but well worth it! We’ll def book again when coming to the area. We got to see rocket launch too!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was in a perfect location and was exactly as described. We had a small issue with the refrigerator not cooling properly on the first day and the owners were very responsive and did everything they could to fix the issue as quickly as possible. We would highly recommend this place!

Wonderful condo!
We really enjoyed staying here during our family beach vacation. The condo is just as described. Nicely updated and very clean. Had everything available the we might need. Even provide towels, chairs & umbrella to use at the beach that was just a few steps away. Location was great! Anywhere we wanted to go was just a few minutes away. Marilyn was fantastic to work with. Responded very quickly to any questions we had & was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Condo
Exceptional property! The owners provided literally everything you would ever need. Property was immaculate and well updated. We loved that the owners took the time to label everything to make it easy to navigate. The owners clearly take great pride in this property. Communication was easy and Marilyn was responsive to any requests. We were in town for a family reunion and many of the other family members who stayed in other units at Spanish Main were impressed by our condo. The whole trip overall was awesome the room had everything in it that you would need for a beach trip. The location is perfect and not far from Cocoa Beach pier. Our host were awesome we had a small mishap on our first night and they responded promptly and it was all handled. I would stay here anytime.

Great little getaway!
My husband, 2 1/2 year old daughter, and I spent 4 days at this beautiful rental! We spent time at the pool, beach, playground (that the host recommended to us), Ron Jon’s, and The Dinosaur Store, all of which were less than 10 miles north of the condo. The location from the front door to the pool/beach was perfect seeing as we had a toddler and all of her belongings to tote around. Those with little ones know exactly what I’m talking about! The host gave us some great information on nearby restaurants/grocery stores/parks. While on the subject of the host, I want to highlight how responsive and kind she was!! Everyone at the pool was friendly and didn’t seem to mind that a toddler was there. We felt very welcomed! As for the condo itself, I was very impressed with many things including how well stocked it was (Tupperware, pizza cutter, matching silverware, plastic wrap, hand/dish soap, etc.). Things were labeled which was helpful (light switches and TV remotes aren’t always the easiest to figure out). The main bedroom was spacious and the second bedroom was big enough to fit a pack-n-play in. It had its own bathroom. The living space was spacious and open. Let’s not forget the view from the living room and balcony! Ahhhhh. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony while our daughter greeted all of our friendly neighbors. Looking forward to staying there again, especially since it’s only a couple hours drive for us. Thank you for a wonderful little getaway!

Great Condo!
The condo is spacious for a two bedroom. Very convenient to everything. Great location on beach. We flew in for our daughter and son in law's baby shower. Had everything in the condo that you could possibly need! Would definitely stay here again.
