Sanders Beach Retreat at Tubbs Hill

Step out your front door and you'll be at the "gem of Coeur d'Alene", Tubbs Hill. Walk one minute to peaceful Sanders Beach. Enjoy a kfive minute stroll to McEuen Park, the library, resort and downtown Coeur d'Alene.

This house is a separate residence, connected by one garage wall. It faces the opposite street of the main house and has sat at the base of Tubbs Hill since 1978. Whether a solo retreat, a couple's getaway, or a family trip, this is the place you've been looking for!

Walk downtown to the summer farmer’s market or to visit the many shops and restaurants. Hike over the main hill trail that begins across the street and ends at our favorite waterfront bar. Stroll the kids to the park, splash pad, beach or library. Drive a mile with your golf clubs and play the famous floating green. Convenience is not far with Trader Joe’s, Costco and Safeway all within a 10 minute drive.

You may not want to leave with the comfort of two king beds, reverse osmosis water filter, brand new appliances, and a porch at the base of Tubbs Hill. No matter the season - let the fireplace keep you warm and the central AC keep you cool. Enjoy people watching and wildlife out of the picture window.

Guest access:
Rental use includes interior bedroom/bathroom/living space, front porch and front yard. Includes driveway parking. No garage use.

Other things to note:
Two collapsible twin bed frames are also available upon request in advance for a total of two king beds and two twin beds. Pack and play also available.

You may hear pleasant noises during your stay as it is adjacent to the entrance to hiking trails and near public beaches. The property is adjacent to our main house, so you may also hear us and our family in our yard.
