01 - Coho Cottage Cottage By The Sea at Alder Bay

Welcome to Coho Cottage, a private family and pet-friendly end unit. Prepare to be amazed by visiting whales, seals, sea lions, otters, and bald eagles, all just outside your door. End your day watching the stunning sunsets from the comfort of our private deck or lounging in comfortable Adirondack chairs by our fire pit.

Coho Cottage features an open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and complimentary tea/coffee is provided. The unit has a Stacker Washer/Dryer with complimentary laundry soap provided.

The main bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a double bed, and the living room has a queen hide-a-bed. The three-piece bathroom (shower/tub combo) features a special hot water on-demand tank, so you can always count on a hot shower. This unit also has a dedicated Starlink satellite internet fast connection for streaming or working remotely.

The unit can sleep up to 6 people, but to prioritize comfort and space, we set a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children for an enjoyable stay for all guests.

Each cottage is privately owned but managed by Alder Bay Vacation Rentals. It is located at Alder Bay RV Park & Marina.
Reservations cancelled with more than 30 days notice will have their full deposit refunded, less a $50.00 cancellation fee.
