„We had a truly great time at this castle. It was everything we had hoped for during our stay. The castle is updated while keeping a lot of it's original charm. Driving to it was so scenic, with tons of green rolling hills to drive through and an olive tree lined path just before you get to the castle. It is not very far from Siena. And the church bells from the clock tower were very relaxing. Highly recommended.“

„Wunderschöne Gegend, Kultur und Kulinarik“

„Unsere Wohnung war sehr groß, das Bad sehr klein. Eingerichtet mit sehr schönen alten Möbeln, die Betten aber zT sehr unbequem,.Keine Fliegengitter, aber Stechmückeninvasion. Die Küche war sehr einfach und spärlich ausgestattet, beim Gasherd funktionierten nur 2 Flammen. Der Kühlschrank klein und alt, mit den Aussentemperaturen überfrdert. Im Aussenbereich zu wenig Sitzmöglichkeiten, am Pool zuwenig Liegen oder Liegestühle. Wir würden den Aufenthalt als befriedigend bezeichnen“

„Wonderful gardens and a relaxing time at the pool. The bathroom which is already not enough for six people is hiding in one if the bedrooms and can only be accessed through this room. This makes it a bit cumbersome. It was very hot during nighttime, AirCon would make it better. People all very friendly and helpful. „Die Unterkunft am Schloss hat eigentlich viele Potenzial, von dem aber einiges ungenutzt bleibt. Das Personal war aber sehr freundlich und auch das Schloss selbst und die Anlage des Schlosses sind sehr schön.“

„Cabbiavoli was the gathering place for our two week celebration with family and friends for my husband’s retirement. We were within an hour of every place we wanted to visit (Florence, Siena, Piza, Volterra) and even got to do the Cinque Terre hike, albeit a long day but so worth the two hour drive time! The train being so close made all excursions possible. Wineries are very close and within driving distance. Cabbiavoli itself is loaded with history and its grounds and views are breathtaking. ...

„Das Castello di Mulagna ist ein echter Geheimtipp. Es liegt im Herzen des Chianti-Gebiet, und man ist auch schnell in Florenz. Man wohnt in einer 1000 Jahre alten Burg und hat trotzdem des Luxus eines von Oliven- und Feigenbäumen umringten Swimmingpools und WiFi. Die Inhaber sind so nett und hilfsbereit. Danke Giovanni! „The Castle and surroundings are stunning. The property is right next to the castle and a short walk to the pool. It had everything we needed for our 3 days whist we explored the cities of Florence, Pisa and Siena, all a short car journey away. Because of the location you definitely needed a car. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend. Beautiful place.“
