I reserved my room a couple of weeks before my stay and informed 2 Adults 2 keys 2 nights 2 half days and one whole day and I was given 2 keys by female front desk clerk as I checked in then 3x’s one of my keys would stop working. I informed management the man who I spoke to the owners brother nlaw was very very rude . He lied and said I could only have one key because only one key works for each room. So I gave him my keys thinking he was going to re key them or at least one and he said no I could not have any. I asked how would I get into my room he said he didn’t know so to prevent an argument I asked if he could open the door for me he said no I then said that was not ok he finally very hesitantly went to let me in still did not give me a key. I changed rooms my second night because the ac and heat were not working and he said I could not change rooms because it cost money to clean and change rooms and tried to charge me without notification. Luckily my card was locked. They put breakfast up at 8:30 am when it’s 6 am till 9 am. The two day front desk clerks were AWESOME,SWEET AND SO HELPFUL but THE MAN ACTING AS MANAGEMENT WAS HORRIBLE VERY HORRIBLE AND RUDE…I recommend to not stay there or and that man which his wife and him I believe live there be replaced. Unnecessary complications just AWEFUL. VERY UNSATIFIED!
