„Nice property but hot tub spa was not working nor was the ice maker.“

„The house is located 10 miles from St. Joseph shopping and silver beach, carousel, and shopping. It is only 1 mile from the roadside park beach. Nice fenced in yard with a fire pit, lots of seating, gas grill, and room for activities. Interior could use some updates however we enjoyed our stay at the house. I would stay again if the fees weren’t so high. Paid more in fees than the total rental cost. The owner and grounds keeper were all very friendly and helpful.“

„Liked: ample seating for all in an open concept home. It was spacious but still felt cozy. Hot tub was great and property is secluded. Weather was uncooperative for us, unfortunately we couldn’t explore but did walk to the beach which was empty (late November). A few odd/not great things. Our kids wanted to watch a movie downstairs while the adults were upstairs. „It was a real nice stay. We had alot of fun.No complaints but a couple of improvement opportunities. We shoveled the entire driveway to improve parking, the top step coming up from the laundryroom is taller than others trip hazard, Bunk bed ladder needs secured.“

„This is a sweet little house in one of our favorite neighborhoods. A short drive to Hagar Park for beaching and sunsets and a great yard for roasting marshmallows. The house is quite spacious for its size and there are 2 spaces for hanging out: off the kitchen and the living room. Beds are comfy and the couch in the living room is big enough for everyone to watch a late nite movie. Thank you for sharing this house with us. “
