„We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and stocked with useful items. It was perfect for the two of us as we had plenty of room. We did a lot of hiking on our trip and this place was only about 20-30mins away from all of our adventures! Tons of food and grocery options near by! Thanks again!“

„This property is amazing and Mary the host was so attentive to all our needs. We had a late arrival on check in day and Mary left lights on and didnt rest easy until we were in unit. Unit was very clean and decorated for fall which was very charming. Very close to Fort Carson if visiting family. „Don’t say it’s a “shared” hot tub when there’s no other way into the backyard from this guesthouse. The hosts has a whole system of their Renjoy company set up as a 3rd party. They have their own 3rd party Renjoy website sent to you once it’s near the day of check in; info & rules of the house and stuff on there. „Had a great week relaxing and getting refreshed here at Lil Lux. The view of the mountains was beautiful and the hot tub really rejuvenated the muscles. „The property was very nice with excellent views. Loved sitting outside in the adirondack chairs by the fire pit drinking wine. Our only suggestion would be to override the sprinkler system and turn it off while guests are sitting out there enjoying the view. We were peacefully sitting by the fire pit - enjoying the view when the sprinkler system started and we had to move and turn off the fire pit. That is our only suggestion. „We needed a place with a great yard for our dogs and this fit the bill. The views of Pikes Peak and garden of the gods are amazing! The house was clean; however many of the dishes were dirty and toaster oven hadn’t been cleaned out. This is a hazard of having guests do their own dishes upon departure that we’ve noticed in other rentals as well. We’re accustomed to washing everything we use before using it so no big deal to us. We would stay again, the owner is very responsive to any request.“

„Great location to see the Colorado Springs are - 15 minutes fromGarden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak, downtown Colorado Springs and minutes from Old Colorado City. Marianne is delightful and great to work with. Apartment is whimsical but has great space. Family of four fit well. View off decks was lovely. Hot tub was clean and had a great view. If you like modern and new this is not for you. If you like artsy and whimsical then his place is great.“
