Practical, modern & attractive space located in a quiet neighborhood near the Air Force Academy—mins away from restaurants and movie theatres! This 4 bedroom, 3 bath townhome presents an exceptional value proposition to visitors and guests — stay in comfort (luxury) in a NEW home, close to so much, without the negatives of a more urban environment, for an exceptional price. Families and groups will SAVE, you and yours will be happier and the world will be a better place!

The Space:
This place is great! With plenty of space in an attractive, modern package, it offers value to the savvy visitor or guest to the Pikes Peak Region. Park in the private driveway or in the (2) car garage, and enter through the front door using the private electronic key-code provided. You'll walk into a bright, modern, welcoming space featuring practical quality of design, lots of windows, rooms, premium appointments, surfaces and furnishings, and a simple, welcoming layout.

The main level features an open concept design effectively combing the kitchen, living room and dining room. The living room offers walkout access to the private backyard with a nice little patio to spend some time under the clear Colorado sky. There's a welcoming gas fireplace in the living room too, along with quality, comfortable furnishings. Next to the kitchen is a table for formal dining with seating for (4), and (3) more bar stool seats at the counter. The kitchen itself is spacious with quality, functional design — the flooring is hardwood, the surfaces are granite and stainless steel. Recessed lighting under the cabinets lends a warm, quality, custom feel.

One of the features of this home most useful for some is the "main-level-centric" design. Although there is a lower level, the master bedroom, bathrooms, living room, dining and the kitchen are all on the main, ground level. The master is amazing — offering KING comfort and a welcoming, modern private bathroom. There's a second bedroom on this level too featuring two twin beds … perfect for the kids.

The lower level features a game room with a pool table! Two additional bedrooms are down here too—one featuring queen comfort, the other a functional double. A full bathroom services these two bedrooms. All of the beds in the home feature quality linens, professionally cleaned and laundered. The Neighborhood:
The north end of Colorado Springs is known for its larger homes, quiet neighborhoods and private lifestyles. Less urban than other areas of Colorado Springs, the sense of "escape" here is palpable. The views of the mountains tend to be unobstructed. Access to outdoor recreation is superb, yet the modern conveniences abound too. Shopping and quality restaurants are relatively close. Gyms, grocery stores, outlets, food and drink are all within an approximate 5 minute drive. The area is also defined, somewhat, by its proximity to the Air Force Academy. Guests will frequently notice light training planes flying overhead—the nation's next Airmen learning their craft.

This home is also just seconds away from a new commercial development featuring movie theatres, restaurants and most notably, an indoor, family-oriented water-park!

And of course, some of the most well-known area attractions are all within an approximate 20 minute drive—Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City, Downtown, the COS Airport—all are easily accessible via main roadways and Interstate 25. With suburban appeal and easy access to everything that makes Colorado Springs great, this might be your perfect vacation rental locale.

Getting Around:
We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.

ATTENTION:
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.
* We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.
* This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests.
* There is central AC throughout the home
* No street parking HOA Fine $50 to vehicle owner and towed.
* Please take the trash bins out Thursday evening or Friday morning before 8AM to end of the driveway. Pickup is every Friday morning. Store trash bins inside of the garage on all other days and after collection per HOA guidelines.

Please see house rules or the rental property agreement when you book for more information about how the damage waiver works. Because the damage waver fee is Non-Refundable; If a Guest changes properties for any reason they may be charged a new damage waver fee for the new property at the discretion of the property Manager.

Please be advised that we ask all guests to complete our secure, online guest verification portal after your reservation is created. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL.

Family Vacation
Thoroughly enjoyed the property and proximity to lots of retail and our neighboring family’s homes. Only thing we would recommend is replacing pillows in bedrooms and the cue ball on pool table as there are large chunks out of it. Other than that, this was a 5 star stay!

Great family friendly place!
The process of check in was excellent. We chose this place because of family friendly location, they offer twin beds, perfect for my kids. The pool table was fun entertainment for my kids, it would also be good idea to have different game boards for children. The property host was also very responsive and quickly sent maintenance to fix plumbing issues.

From start to finish, our stay was exceptional! Our team, including out-of-state employees, gathered here for a corporate retreat, and the property offered a warm and welcoming vibe right from the doorstep. It truly felt like a second home. For anyone in need of accommodation in COS, especially for groups requiring ample room, I can't recommend this place enough. The neighborhood was serene, providing a quiet environment while still being conveniently close to main thoroughfares and dining options. Additionally, the pool table was a delightful bonus, offering us endless entertainment and a chance to unwind after our meetings.

The dishwasher was broken and was mentioned in previous comments so everything had to be hand washed for five days. That is not sanitary for the next people nor was it for us. There isn’t even a chair in the master bedroom or trash can. The code system having to go back and forth through the house to get to your car and shut the garage is not appropriate.

I wanted to be ecstatic about this place. The location is phenomenal, especially for anyone looking to be close to North Gate USAFA as we were. Movies and restaurants and our other guests at hotels were close by. It is set up well to accommodate rental needs and has a nice walking trail nearby. Not having a garage door opener was a bummer and significantly impacted our conveniently available parking since street parking has low availability. We have used VRBO for many years for USAFA events. This place checked the boxes. Was not impressed with Hoste, who added quite significantly to the cost after booking. They were not helpful with our questions. The place was broom clean and wiped down, but honestly in need of a good scrub. I get tired of the price gouging that happens for USAFA graduation. The place we rented for last year's graduation was similar in price, but 3 times the size, had a huge entertaining area, a barbecue, full backyard, significant parking, and a very helpful owner who left us stadium chairs, a cooler, water bottles, and even USAFA paraphernalia to make our stay a hit. We paid a high sum for the place, but it was worth it. I didn't feel that way here. We paid a similar top dollar and got pretty good. I'd stay here again, but not for the price charged us.

Nice Stay in Quiet and Conveniently Located Neighborhood
We were visiting Colorado Springs with family and friends and enjoyed our stay. The property was in a great location and a nice, quiet neighborhood that seemed to mostly have permanent residents. We had everything we needed and even cooked several meals at the house in the well-equipped kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!

A Perfect Vacation Home Away From Home
My family and I recently stayed at this VRBO rental and it was absolutely wonderful. From start to finish, our experience was seamless and enjoyable. The communication with the owner was easy and prompt, and the check-in process was a breeze. As soon as we stepped inside the rental, we were blown away by the beautiful decor and attention to detail. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals, and the living room was cozy and comfortable for relaxing after a long day of activities. The bedrooms were also very comfortable with plenty of space to relax. The location was ideal for us, as it was close to family we were visiting along with many hiking trails and outdoor activites. Overall, I would highly recommend this VRBO rental to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway. It truly exceeded our expectations in every way possible!

Layout of home is great, especially for our family - 2 teenage boys, as they were able to hang out downstairs when they wanted to. The house could have been cleaned a bit better, as there was a pile of clothes in the master closet from the previous guests. Also, request more towels to be left if you have more than 2 people... Overall, a nice place, great location!!

Perfect spot to establish a base camp in Colorado Springs!
We loved our stay in Colorado Springs. The house is new and off the beaten path. Very quiet and friendly community. Only 10 minutes from anything. House is very clean. It has plenty of room and looks very nice. Beds were comfortable and all the convenience of home. The pool table was a source of a lot of great family memories.
