Welcome to our cozy two-bedroom house in Monument, Colorado! With two beds and one bathroom, we comfortably accommodate up to six guests. Located in a serene neighborhood, our home offers a peaceful retreat near local attractions. Enjoy essential amenities and a welcoming atmosphere for a memorable stay in beautiful Colorado!

The Space:
Welcome to our charming single-level two-bedroom house! The master bedroom boasts a comfortable queen bed, complete with a ceiling fan and bedside lamps for added convenience. The second bedroom also features a cozy queen bed. Our fully equipped kitchen awaits, stocked with cookware essentials for your culinary adventures. Relax in the spacious living room, furnished with ample seating, a 50" Smart TV, and a cozy indoor fireplace. Parking is a breeze with 4-6 spaces available at the back of the house and in the driveway, RV-friendly too! Enjoy a refreshing shower in the full bathroom, where towels, soaps, and even pool towels are provided. For added convenience, we offer an in-unit washer and dryer. Step outside to the patio, complete with a seating area and BBQ grill, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. Plus, we're delighted to welcome your furry friend as we're dog-friendly! Welcome to your home away from home!

Guest Access:
Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.

We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.

Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. Getting Around:
We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.

House Rules Required

AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

NO SMOKING inside.

Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay. As this little home is very close to downtown, occasional events may be heard from the house. These events may last until 9pm and are generally on the weekend nights.

Wood burning fireplaces or open fires are prohibited due to safety precautions. Please review Colorado wildfire prevention tips and resources to help prevent wildfires and protect our great outdoors.

This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.

Type of Cooling for the Home
Portable AC unit - Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

Reminders About the Property
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

Quiet Respite - Between Colorado Springs & Castle Rock
We enjoyed our stay! Loved the house and the location. We enjoyed the nice beds and bathroom linens. Love the decor and space. We were on the go most of the time, but we did grill out one night and watch a movie which was really nice. Our boys enjoyed being able to practice pitching in the large driveway, and we enjoyed hanging out on the porch the night we grilled hot dogs and hamburgers. We also liked being able to do our laundry, with being in and out, going to a baseball showcase, and other local attractions while we were here. The house was everything we needed and did not disappoint.
