Parents Weekend at the Air Force Academy
The house is exactly what we needed for the weekend! The hosts were very responsive and worked with us on checking in and out. The neighborhood was very quiet. Close to the Air Force Academy and Valley of the Gods.

USAFA Graduation
We had a family group staying here for graduation at USAFA. We made several family dinners and would have loved more silverware but found everything else we needed. The house was a short drive to all places we wanted to visit and to USAFA which we traveled to several times.

Loved it!
We had a wonderful stay at your property near Pike's Peak! We were a group of siblings, descended from Zebulon Pike, for whom the mountain is named. Several siblings and spouses are in declining health, one is going blind, so seeing Pike's Peak together as a family was on our bucket list- and we got it done! Your accommodations were perfect for us, and the place was immaculate And well appointed! Thank you! I feel bad though, that we were in such a hurry to get to our respective planes and such that we neglected to leave the tip for the cleaning crew that they well deserved!

Family Thanksgiving
We stayed here for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend while visiting with our family that lives in the area. Having the full kitchen was awesome & accomodated cooking and storing all the food! The bedrooms & bathrooms were very nice. Basement living areas were chilly since we did not want to use the wood burning stove with little kids playing down there (afraid of possible burns if they touched the exterior). Two suggestions: leave or post directions for how to operate the gas fireplace in the main living room, and make sure new towels have been washed a least a couple of times, the ones we had to use were leaving lots of dark colored lint on our skin when drying off. Otherwise it was a great stay for our large/extended family.

Great! In all aspects!
Great location and amenities for 8 grown adults. Easy access to all the activities we had planned. The house has plenty of rooms. A kitchen and a grill stocked with the tools to cook meals. We cooked three times during our stay. Plenty of towels, a hair dryer, and clothes hangers for our clothes was a plus!! We highly recommend this spot if you're visiting Colorado Springs.

The house looked exactly like the pictures, perfect location to everything we wanted to do, Kings grocery (Kroger‘s) store less than 1 mile away, plenty restaurants and shops close by. I see older reviews stating that their summers were horrible because they were so hot in the house with no AC. That was not our experience at all. They’ve had to upgrade and install an AC unit, because the house had air-condition and it was nice and cool the whole entire time. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything that we needed. we were lucky enough to be staying there when they had a neighborhood garage sale, my kids went and bought some thing at the garage sale two houses down. Walking trails literally in the backyard. I woke up every morning and went on a walk with mountain views. I had four kids ranging from 7 to 20, the big kids really enjoyed their own living room space to themselves, and having their own separate beds, and bathroom. Me and my younger boys were upstairs, they had their own separate bed and bathroom. I noticed that they had a playpen with clean sheets in the master closet, for anybody with a small kid. We grilled every night, and the grill worked perfectly. No charcoal required. It was perfect we will be back, thank you!

House was very clean and spacious. 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom on regular floor and 2 bedrooms, bathroom, another living room area on the bottom/basement floor. Highly recommend if you have a big family. Good neighborhood.

We spent 5 nights and used the home as a launching point for touring CO. RMNP/Estes Park, Canon City/Gorge, Great Sands, Mesa Verde, Garden of Gods...we did it all and slept comfortably each night! Great location, close to Safeway and restaurants and I-25. Only wish there were AC, as we visited in the heat of summer. Nevertheless, we'd rent again in a heartbeat!
