Welcome to the Heart of Columbia. This spacious and modern 3 bedroom single family home is close to downtown Columbia as well as the Fort Jackson base.

This beautiful home is modern yet comfortable and includes 4 beds (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins), 2.5 baths and a pullout sofa.

Perfectly situated for exploring downtown, visiting Fort Jackson, going to a USC Gamecocks game, or being near the USC campus.

The home is a short drive away from the Riverbanks Zoo.

$40 pet fee per stay, all pets.

Our 55" Smart TV is connected to the home-wide, blazing fast Wi-Fi and the AC/heating controls are at your disposal. The chef in your party will be thrilled from the updated tile beneath their feet to the fine cabinets above their head!

Master Bedroom
The upstairs master bedroom contains a modern-style king sized bed and matching furniture. Care was placed in designing this room to be calm and inviting. Additional privacy is available in the connected master bathroom. Curtains can be drawn to dampen the light and give you the privacy you need for a good night’s rest.

Bedroom Two (Twin Beds)
In similar design to the master bedroom, the second bedroom features two twin beds, perfect for the kids. Bedroom two also features an immediate access to the upstairs shared bathroom.

Bedroom Three (Queen Size)

Master Bathroom
The full size master bathroom features a bathtub and shower with tile surround, brand new fixtures, and a large mirror with plenty of lighting. Fresh towels, rags and makeup cloths are found in the vanity. The bath has spa quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash available. Also provided is hand soap, extra rolls of toilet tissue, and a hair dryer.

Hall Bathroom (Upstairs)
The hall bathroom is meant to be shared by the guests in the two spare bedrooms. Like the master bath, it meets all of your needs.

In the quaint backyard, you’ll find a sitting area and a fire pit. Warm yourself by the flames while you share roasted marshmallows with your loved ones.

Quiet hours are from 10PM - 8AM every day of the week and year.

No smoking inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.

No parties, events, or gatherings of more than 8 people are allowed at the home at any time. The maximum occupancy is 8 guests, if this is violated during your stay you will be charged an additional $60/person.

If the home or grounds are left in a state that requires more than regular cleaning we will charge you the additional costs charged to us by the cleaning team + any damages.

If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.
