When I checked in, the associate didn't bother to recognize my Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite status, when I asked If there were any room upgrades, she simply said "Nope" never asked If I wanted my bonus points or offered a check in gift.
My first night,, there was some very loud banging, sounding like some repairs were being completed in a room on my floor, I went down to the front desk to Inquire about it but there wasn't anyone there, I waiting for 5 or 10 minutes then went back up to my room. The next morning, I asked the associate about the noises along with a request for some body wash in my shower to be refilled, both requested were acknowledged. The following morning when I tried the shower gel, It was still empty. I asked again the next morning along with the house keeping schedule, I was told the housekeeping was only every three days, on the third day's evening when I arrived to my room, the room wasn't made up, just a couple towels were left on my sink area.
This is not the customer service that I've come to expect from a Marriott property, very disappointed experience. I'm sorry to say that I won't place any future reservations for myself or any other of my company's employees.
We'll use another hotel in the Lexington, SC area moving forward,
