Welcome to our hip and stylish 3 bedroom home located just a stone's throw away from downtown! Our home is perfect for those who want to experience the best of city living while enjoying the comforts of a cozy and inviting space.

Our home features three beautifully furnished bedrooms that can comfortably sleep up to six guests. The master bedroom is equipped with a plush king-sized bed, while the two other bedrooms have comfortable queen-sized beds. Each room is tastefully decorated with unique touches that reflect the vibrant energy of our neighborhood.

The common areas of the home are designed with your comfort in mind. The living room boasts a comfortable sofa and armchairs, and a large smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city. The dining area is perfect for enjoying a home-cooked meal or ordering in from one of the many fantastic restaurants in the area. Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm, including a range, refrigerator, microwave, and all the cookware and utensils you'll need.

When you're ready to explore the city, you'll find that our home is ideally located just a few minutes' walk from downtown. You'll have access to all the best restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues that the city has to offer. Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, our home is the perfect base for your stay.

Very nice
The owner/designer did a very nice job on remodeling this house. He was also really good about responding to my messages. Great location as well. Only a few minutes walk to downtown. Would stay there again.

Great House!
The house was great. Well stocked, very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Everything was great but you should not be surprised by the neighborhood. It’s in an area that is run down and the house certainly stood out because it was so nicely remolded inside and out. However, we never felt unsafe or saw any untoward activities. It looks like several of the homes are under going remodeling. My son and wife live in Columbia and will likely stay at the house again.

Columbia stay
It is a beautiful property and the decor is stunning. Everything is provided to cook a meal to a cup of coffee or a load of laundry. The property was spotless and the beds and linens were extremely comfortable. It is a quiet property within minutes of shopping, restaurants and live music. 5 stars and highly recommended for a home away from home stay. Check in was a breeze and communication was excellent.

Cute house in up and coming downtown development
The host were great. The house is in a neighborhood that is not the best. You can tell that the area is in a period of revitalization, with new housing and development in the process of being built. I was there with my mother and my daughter, for a softball tournament, I did not feel unsafe, but the neighboring properties are a bit rundown. As far as our host, I have rented about 20 VRBO‘s, and they are one of the best. Great response, house was clean, linens and towels were supplied. Could not have been happier with the condition of the home. I would rent this house again
