This building has 5 separate units in one! Not time to check in yet? No problem!! Relax in our shared lobby area and enjoy a cup of coffee. This listing is for our Watson Unit, you get everything listed in unit C studio.

Guests have everything listed in the Watson unit, along with the shared lobby.

This unit is attached to another 2 Bedroom unit. The shared door remains locked at ALL times from both units. There is a shared listing that combines both units, if you want to rent both spaces for your family!

We have on security camera in the shared lobby area. It is located on the landing above the powder room.
Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints. There are shared walls between you and the neighboring apartment, and each guest has the right to a peaceful stay.

No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy is allowed at any time. If you have more than 4 guests at the property at any time you are subject to an additional fee of $50/person. You will be required to leave immediately, with no refund, if any events are taking place at our home.

No smoking inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $250 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.

This home is not pet friendly. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home, you will be charged $250 for cleaning + any additional damages.

If the house is left in a state that requires additional cleaning, we will charge a fee via Airbnb's Resolution Center that covers our costs.

Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost of $50. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.

Pack n plays and highchairs are available for rent and must be requested through your boarding pass. These are first come, first serve. We will deliver them to the house prior to your stay, if requested ahead of time. We cannot guarantee same day delivery for any last minute requests but will have them delivered the next day.

If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.
