- Backyard is private and semi wooded. Also fully fenced-in with a driveway gate that can be manually closed when needed. Security camera in driveway for monitoring driveway only.
- Short stroll to the corner to go on an awesome run or walk through the Overbrook Ravine for deer watching and to check out some amazing homes located along the ravine.
- Off street parking with a larger parking pad to accommodate 2-3 cars or trucks depending on size.

- The house is on a busier road and close to 71 freeway along with train tracks. It is much quieter in the evenings and there are brand new double-pane windows that make the inside quieter. Has a city vibe while still being close to the ravine and nature.

You will be able to self check-in. There is a smart lock system on the backdoor and home includes a Simplisafe alarm that can be used during your stay. You will drive up the driveway and park on the parking pad for 2-3 cars. Can fit an extra car or so depending on size. There is no street parking on this street.

Other things to note
Home is on a busy street with NO on street parking. Enough parking off street by garage for 2-3 cars depending on size. Conveniently located next to 71 but you will hear freeway noise. Additionally there is a busy train crossing close by that can be quite loud at different hours. Very very close to Overbrook Ravine that is great for walks/runs and beautiful views.
