They had a blast playing in the water, riding around in the kayak and playing with some beach toys provided. „My family and I rented this cottage based on the past reviews and the cottage description. Unfortunately, the cottage was not properly described and was filthy when we arrived. We were assured by the owners that the cottage has been cleaned, but we did send photos of both buildings that proved otherwise. A cleaner was sent a day later but by then, we had already cleaned a bit. The kitchen had a tap that wasn't properly attached, stinky dish cloths, oven mitts with holes, drawers and cupboards ...

„We should have stayed a bit longer, Tom's cottage is perfect to calm down and relax after a long and intensive sightseeing road trip through USA and Canada. No motor boats on the lake, the next busy road quite far away - best place to relax. We liked also on evenings to make BBQ with the gas grill and the camp fire in the fire pit . I hope there is a next time to get there.“

„If your looking for tranquility this is the place. I suprised my wife for her birthday with a weekend away and some much needed down time. We canoed the pond and walked the trails. The beaver's occasionally swam by and we were visited by the blue jays and the gray jays. Bring your candles for those candle lit evenings, remember no hydro.
