„Directions and check in was complete and fairly easy to follow. The space was what I expected from the listing. Walking along the beach was enjoyable and we enjoyed both the pier in the morning and a dinner within walking distance. The only snafu was the heat seemed to be programmed to get pretty hot in the middle of the night and we had to turn it off“

„We enjoyed our week in this appartment close to Venice Beach. It was very spacious, well equipped (Kitchen, TV, etc.) and our host was absolutely supportive during our check-in process! If you want to be a bit away of the rush in Venice but still close (in walking distance) to the beach (20-30 min) this is a great place.“

„Location was central to all the family places and gatherings and just half a block from the beach. Great rooms but upstairs living room could use additional, traditional, furniture and a television. Location is downtown so be prepared for not so pleasant smells and a very present unhoused population in the immediate surroundings. „We only spent one night but it was NYE and there were plenty of food options within walking distance. The directions for accessing the property were helpful and crucial. A couple downsides were the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept well and none of the TV remotes had batteries (one didn’t work even with batteries). Not a huge thing but we wanted to watch the ball drop on NYE.“
