„I don’t feel that they were prepared for summmer went June 19 and no pool. The spa was ready , the volleyball court wasn’t cleared . There was no was clothes or hand towels, no dish towels. One smoke detector and had to call for battery, which they came quickly. There’s lots of sleeping arrangements but not really room for much more. We still had a good time but wish they put a little more effort into the place.“

„The house is a great lake front house. We were here over a long winter weekend and so didn't make much use of the large screened in porch but did enjoy the beautiful views of the lake (and eagles in the trees out front).Host was easy to work with and responsive to all questions. Check in was super easy. “

„This was a great place to stay. I can imagine that in the summer, folks who want to get on the river or sit around the fire pit would be so happy. We stayed when it snowed hard so we didn't do any outdoor activities. The owner was amazing. She attentive and responsive. The only issue we had was with the dogs in the neighborhood. There is a sign when one pulls onto the road that there are a bunch of dogs who live there, which isn't a problem if one isn't allergic to dogs. What we didn't expect ...

„Easy check in, clean home, all the amenities, and close to fantastic restaurants. We needed a place fast to deal with a family emergency and the Engels' beautiful little home was everything we could have hoped for. The fenced in back yard is perfect and the host even left dog toys for the fur kids to play with.Definitely will look for this place again the next time we're in Michigan!“

„The Lake House was the perfect place to welcome the year’s first snowfall. The property is well maintained and the house was lovely. Wally welcomed us on our first day and we immediately felt comfortable as he gave us some great pointers and recommendations. „The check-in process was seamless. The property has several entrances, so it makes it easier unloading and loading especially in the colder weather. The apartment was perfect for 6 adults and there were enough towels, rags. Loved the stay, loved visiting the game room and the library in this castle is amazing like reminded me of beauty and the beast :). Beautiful home thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy it while on our stay!“

„This property is conveniently located for visiting downtown and the neighborhood is very quiet. Although it was still cold the park across the street has a nice walking trail. We loved how clean this house was, how nicely decorated and homey it was, how well stocked it was, and how easy check in and check out was. Kate was great at communicating through out the process. 100% recommend! “
