Das Villa befindet sich im Zentrum von Conca dei Marini , im Touristenviertel "Amalfi Kuste" und nur 5 km von Amalfi entfernt. Das Ferienhaus Villa Gilda ist ein wunderschönes Anwesen (200 m²) mit Klimaanlage und WLAN. Die Unterkunft bietet bequem Platz für bis zu sieben Personen, 5 Personen in 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Jungen auf einem Schlafsofa mit 2 Bädern. Wenn Sie schon immer die schöne italienische Küste besuchen wollten, liegt das Ferienhaus nicht weit vom Meer entfernt (500 m). In der Nähe der Struktur gibt es Geschäfte und Restaurants, in denen Sie frische und echte Produkte finden. Wichtig: Das Haus ist über eine Treppe mit 10 Stufen von der Hauptstraße erreichbar. Parkplatz innerhalb von 20 m. Der Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar, auch mit dem Shuttlebus

Traumhafte Lage - der Weg zum Meer erfordert Kraft
Die Wohnung ist wunderschön gelegen - genau wie im Inserat beschrieben. Sämtliche Erledigungen für den täglichen Bedarf als auch Ausflüge nach Amalfi können entweder zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus erledigt werden und zwar problemlos. Der Weg zum Meer ist nicht weit - allerdings sind dies über 800 Stufen hinab und anschließend wieder hinauf - machbar aber unsere 12jährige hat nach einem Tag am Meer schon manchmal zu kämpfen.

Nach einer unkomplizierten wie verbindlichen Kommunikation vor der Anreise werden wir von Sabatino Laudano freundlich auf der Via Roma zur Übergabe empfangen. Über wenige Stufen erreicht man die Terrasse mit einer grandiosen Aussicht und den Zugängen zur Küche und den Schlafräumen. Das Haus, die Lage und der Blick auf die Amalfiküste hat unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche mit einer großartigen Aussicht auf das Meer in einer Unterkunft ohne jeglichen Mangel. Einzige Erschwernis, war die etwas mühsame Organisation eines Parkplatzes und die sperrige Bedienung des Ticket Automaten. Aber auch hier konnte Sabatino helfen und so werden wir das Arrivederci zum Abschied wörtlich nehmen und sehr gerne wiederkommen…

Wonderful days at Villa Gilda
Villa Gilda was the perfect accommodation for our one week stay at Costiera Amalfitana together with our three teenage children. It´s clean in a way which would be best described as piccobello (which means it´s also well kept in detail). The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need for preparing also lush meals and the dish washer is a welcome help for not to waste time afterwards with manual homework but instead having time for watching the wonderful sundowners from the magnificent terrace. Raffaele and Serafina were wonderful hosts, always and promptly there to answer questions and give help if needed. The sorrounding is unexpectedly quiet in a very pleasant way - but nvertheless you find a well assorted supermarket in three minutes foot walk distance and even closer an excellent restaurant/pizzeria, a post office and a butcher. Also very helpful: there is also a lot of parking space for a car in the closer area but as already written in a earlier feedback you should bring enough coins for the parking ticket machine as you currently need EUR 8,- / day and you have to feed it every 24 hours. For our next stay in this area we will definitely try to stay again at Villa Gilda.

Amazing Amalfi Coast Experience!
We are so happy we found Beautiful Villa! Sabatino and Nunzia went above and beyond to make our stay in Conca dei Marini perfect. Great food was just steps away and the staff at La Piazza da Nino, Le Bonta del Capo and La bottega del Corso were incredibly friendly. Nunzia was able to arrange private transfers and excursions at prices that were as good or better than other quotes I received. Our driver Simon and boat captain Daniele were awesome! Sabatino's knowledge of the region is unrivaled. Local buses also make for easy connections to Amalfi and surrounding areas. And for those who like to exercise, there are (many) steps to get to and from the beach. I can't imagine staying anywhere else! Thanks Sab and Nunzia!

Breath Taking Village and View of the Sea from Villa
Conca Dei Marini is simply "Heaven on Earth." This property is a traditional older villa with sweeping Sea views situated down the stairs from the village, filled with wonderful and warm people who run two restaurants, cafe/ceramic shop, small markets and wine shop. It is perfectly situated in the middle of Positano and Amalfi Center-- the beautiful coastline. To get to the water is approximately 1900 steps one way which kept us in shape daily transversing up and down many, many steps but beautiful views. (There is a shuttle as well). It is worth the decent/assent to swim in the magnificent blue/turquoise sea. The villa is comfortable and spacious-- older Italian villa, with fresh lemon and lime trees to pick in back of the house! The only challenge is that the 2nd bedroom does not have air condition and it was very hot so our adult girls slept int he pull out couch. We would most definitely vacation here again!

Beautiful little Villa with absolutely stunning views. Sabatino is the nicest host, couldn’t do enough for us and has very helpful tips. There is a supermarket and a few restaurants on the street above the villa, go for a cocktail or coffee in the ceramic shop down the road and pick up some beautiful souvenirs. Amalfi and Positano are in easy reach by car. The villa could benefit from a couple of sun loungers but other than that everything was perfect.

Amazing and memorable!
We had a wonderful 21 night stay at the Villa and would definitely return! 2 great restaurants and market just a short walk away as well as a pharmacy. The Santa Rosa Bar also a short walk away has delicious pastries, sandwiches, gelato, coffee drinks and adult beverages. Conca dei Marini is a wonderful small town away from the crowds and made for a great home base. The villa has everything you need and the view from every room and the large patio is amazing! The kitchen has every appliance you need and is well stocked with dishes, glassware, pots and pans. The villa is lovely but could use a little tlc. Sabatino was a great host and always quick to respond to any requests we had. He has a wonderful wine shop/tourist agency where you can book tours and arrange for any transportation you might need. Our stay was so relaxing and we enjoyed every minute of it. There’s nothing better than lounging in the sun on your own private patio drinking lemonade you made yourself with lemons picked from the grove behind the house. It was great having a washing machine and everything dried quickly when hung on the outdoor clothes rack. The a/c units worked very well but were not needed very often because there was always a nice breeze that kept us comfortable. When you sit outside the smell of lemon and orange blossoms from the grove behind the house as well as other flowers blooming on the property is so lovely. In conclusion we highly recommend staying at this lovely charming villa!

The most AMAZING view and kindest hosts you’ll ever find!
It doesn’t often happen - but the views from this home are even better than the pictures! The home is very large, easily accessed by a short staircase from a main road (which is not often the case on the Amalfi coast!) The host Sabatino went above and beyond for us, was incredibly kind and is able to assist with booking drives if needed. There is a restaurant and market very close - but ensure to plan ahead if you go in off season (as we did) as their hours are limited and you may find yourself hungry lol completely our fault for not planning for the next morning - we were too relaxed! ;) Conca dei Marini is a very small village, perfect for some quiet and relaxation away from all of the other tourists of the Amalfi coast with stunning views from the private terrace. Amalfi, Positano etc easily accessible by taxi or private driver (or bus if you’re brave!) - consider packing some gravel as the roads are VERY twisty turns and my kids who have never been car sick were both ill (thankfully there’s a small pharmacy within walking distance as well). Apartment very well supplied with everything you would need. Cannot say enough good things. Would go back in a heart beat!

Fantastic place, fantastic host
We loved our Christmas stay at Casa Gilda. Our host, Sabatino, made everything run smoothly, from check-in to check-out. The house is lovely, set in front of a citrus grove high above the sea. There are marvelous French doors from the main room and both bedrooms that look out over the sea and open onto the spacious deck. The house is equipped with everything you need, and there is a market and pizzeria nearby. For more dining options, Amalfi is only 15 minutes away. We had excellent weather and spent our time hiking (trailhead for Path of the Gods is in a nearby town), taking the ferry and cooking in the large kitchen. Our Christmas couldn't have been nicer. PS - Sabatino even came to our rescue when we took a wrong turn down a narrow one-way street that dead ended! Thanks, Sabatino! We'd recommend this property to family groups and couples traveling together. It's lovely!

Evan more magnificent than photos suggest
This cliffside villa embodies a very personal charm that can only be found when an owner absolutely takes care and devotes prode to details. Sabatino was a great host with timely communications and meeting us on arrival. We arrived with a lot of food and pretty much just stayed at the villa and enjoyed its massive views, fabulous weather and its regional decor. There are couple restaurants, a small grocery, and a fine wine shop across the street. After staying at 8 properties over six weeks, this is the best!

friendly, beautiful small Amalfi coast town
we love the friendly warm atmosphere of the village. There are two restaurants within walking distance. Ninos has good food and friendly good service. There is another restaurant down the road which is also very good. There is a close by grocery store and convenience store. It is very quiet with beautiful views of the Tyrrhenian Sea. The owner Sabatino is a very friendly, interesting person. I highly recommend staying here.

Steps from 2 very nice local restaurants a grocery store with necessities and a very nice coffee shop. 1120 (I counted) steps to 3 nice beaches. House clean, well maintained. Million Dollar View--Great Villa
A nice villa in quiet Conca dei Marini. It had verything we needed for our 10 night stay at the Amalfi Coast. Sabatino was very helpful and communicative before and during our stay.

Amazing
This place exceeded our expectations. Sabatino and Nunzia were very helpful with just about everything , from excursions to car transfers! The bed was very comfortable and everything was so clean. The views from every room were absolutely stunning. The town of Conca is so quaint and welcoming. It was so peaceful after spending time in the other busier areas. With a delicious pizzeria ten stairs up, a market down the road, and another fantastic restaurant just a short, stair free walk away! We would go back in a heartbeat ❤️

Quiet town, amazing views
This villa has the most amazing views! We loved the little town, although the stairs to the beach were prohibitive. The beach itself, though rocky, was absolutely wonderful. Like the town itself, the beach is out of the way, small, and a wonderful respite from the overly crowded and touristy Amalfi coast. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Better than advertised
What a great vacation. Sabatino’s home was perfect for us. Located in the beautiful town of Conca dei Marini, which is quieter than the congested areas of the coast but still boasts great dining and beach areas. Easy walking distance to outstanding restaurants. Pizzeria da Nino, Le Bonte del Capo and the Monastery Santa Rosa. The home itself is amazing. Comfortable, spacious, well appointed and the views… Magnifico!

Family trip to Italy
We had such an amazing stay at Villa Luisa. The property itself is just beautiful. We loved the village too. The views are amazing and it was so lovely and quiet. It’s ideally located close to Sorrento, Pompeii and Capri. Luisa and Anna were both so lovely, friendly and helpful. They arranged a fantastic boat tour to Capri for us that we will never forget. Also arranged for a driver for us to take us on day trips which made the whole trip easy and stress free. They both were so lovely and gracious. Thank you so much, I can’t wait to come back! Ash ❤️

Absolutely the BEST!!
Everything about this property was perfect! Very roomy, comfortable and clean we couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations, they exceeded our expectations! The property manager Sabatino and his beautiful daughter Nunzia were so amazing and truly made our trip! We will be back and recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful experience.

Conca Dei Marini in April
Quiet neighborhood and house, comfy beds (could use more bedside reading lamps), great windows and view, comfy patio furniture. Staff and food at Pizzeria di Nino, a 2 minute walk, were amazing(a highlight of our 6day visit). Nunnzia at the infoPoint next door was super helpful with transportation and tour ideas (loved the lemon tour she arranged) and scheduling. We were disappointed to learn after our arrival that the local shuttle bus was not yet running for the season and that other local transportation options were limited. That impacted our experience of CDM, but we loved it anyway. Much calmer experience than staying in Amalfi.
