My family stayed here when we visited Manhattan over a long weekend. 2 nice sized bedrooms and a big kitchen/living area. Only 1 bathroom, so plan accordingly if multiple people need to shower. There is a second bathroom on the top floor in the rec room, which also has a great outdoor space to relax. There is a big TV with Netflix, and other streaming services. Parking was preyty easy. „Quiet, safe, neighborhood. One block from Washington, where you can get anything you want, including great food of any type. A J was great with respect to communicating all needed information very clearly and promptly. Fully equipped kitchen including pots, pans, silverware, bowls, etc.“

The lack of attention to overall cleanliness didn't stop there, the couch had bits of food stuck in the cushions and clearly they had not cleaned this for many stays before us.
