„I think the clerk was a little overwhelmed when a few guests arrived at the same time. Not a great grasp of the English language. But he did his best to accommodate a request. Room was clean roomy and comfortable. “

„We arrived to check in at 330 and they gave us keys to a room that hadn’t been cleaned and turned over yet. We went back downstairs and were told they didn’t have another room with a king size bed available. Our options were wait 30 minutes (until 4, an hour past check in time) for our reserved room or accept a room with two queens.
