Challenges: There was a delay on my check-in, which was annoying since I had plans I needed to prepare for. This location requires an app to open the apartment door, which became challenging when my phone died one day. “

„The house was clean, and is as pictured in the listing. It is well equipped with everything needed. Our group of three married couples were very comfortable during our stay. We didn’t encounter any major issues, but we did find the bathtub floor was very slippery and could benefit with a bath mat. The fresh cookies were a nice welcome gift. Dealing with the hostess was very easy, Kathy responded to my question about parking immediately. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.“

The oven started smoking upon preheating and we had to go buy supplies to clean it before being able to use it. It has potential to be a great rental but needs a few updates.“

„We are regulars at the bungalow.. We have family in Decatur and hit the jack pot when we found this place! Kelly makes it feel like home.. with the treats that are left after a long day of travel and items in the refrigerator to get you started. The neighborhood is super quiet and safe! I can not say enough about Kelly and this property. We are already booking for next year! “

„We were in town for a basketball tournament and needed a place to stay. This was a perfect spot. Close to downtown for places to eat and hang then close to the venues we needed to travel. It sits on the edge of a what looks like a rough neighborhood but we had zero issues. We basically were only there to sleep. Very convenient parking lot across the street from property. Owner was very responsive and a great host. Would stay here again.“
