Our family had so much fun with the grandchildren playing in the yard, sitting on the back screened- in porch drinking coffee, and preparing home cooked meals for my grandchildren. So private and loved being back in nature. Really enjoyed our four night stay and would highly recommend. “

It was just my husband and I and we found ourselves wishing our grandkids were with us so we could take advantage of all the home had to offer. „Beautiful place - enjoyed staying here. We visited at least 20 waterfalls within 2 hours of Cookeville, TN. The only thing we missed was a regular coffee pot. We had to go to Walmart to get a single serve universal coffee cup for the Keurig coffee maker so we could use the coffee we brought with us. “

„Easy to find, check in was simple, house fully stocked with everything we needed. Nice area and some good restaurants. Hot tub and porch were very nice, beds comfy, its not the best VRBO I ever stayed in, but its pretty good. Owner was excellent with communication. Just remember guest bath water is backwards, hot is cold and cold is hot. “

„My husband and I stayed here for a little getaway to watch some Crossfit. The place was super cute, very well equip and so clean. I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness and it was like we were the first people to stay there. It was great! Loved the blackout curtain option in the bedroom and the closet was soo big! Couches were super comfy to relax on after a day of being on our feet. For things to do, there is a great local hiking spot about 20 min from the place called Burgess Falls. ...
