„A little oasis in lush gardens, a lovely private pool area and all the amenities set up for a perfect laid back island holiday. Neil is a wonderful host and super helpful and friendly. We stayed in the upper level 2 bed apartments which is large, comfortable and perfect to chill on the huge balcony. Just perfect. Rarotonga is a beautiful island with loads of beach bars, restaurants and activities by day. A trip to Aitutaki is a MUST. See you next time Neil! Suze n Tracy“

„Location is lovely, close to Muri and Titikaveka. House is lovely and spacious and has a lot provided or left from previous guests. We did have to replenish toilet paper, rubbish bags and washing powder but there were plenty of towels and bedding provided. The check in and check out process was easy - thank you for allowing us a later checkout, it made our last day a lot easier. The only real problem we had was the air conditioning and fan in the upstairs bedroom didn’t work so it was very hot. ...

„Kia Manuia was a sparkling clean home to return to after days enjoying the remarkable island of Rarotonga. Just a 5 minute walk from a beach, the home provided a full kitchen, outdoor deck, washing machine, plenty of clean towels and other supplies, and ceiling fans. We were very comfortable throughout our stay.“

„This property was a lovely homely space for my friend & I to totally relax in. We had a room & bathroom each which was perfect as we often needed showers at the same time after our daily beach swims. There are restaurants, a bakery, a juice bar, great places for coffee including The Fix & My Cousin's Place, bars & resorts serving cocktails, all within walking distance. A great deck to watch the sunrise every morning. We loved it!“
