This is a stunning modern newly built home with amazing views of the Wallis Lake and surrounding Wallangat National Park.
Upstairs is an open plan living area with raked ceilings and celestial windows. 3 sets of bifold doors open onto large deck areas on 2 sides with stunning views of Wallis Lake and Wallangat National Park. The 6-seater dining table, BBQ, kitchen serving window and Bar Fridge complete the outdoor undercover dining area. The other deck has another undercover area with Bar style seating area for 6 and ceiling fans at one end. The other end has comfortable 4-seater lounge and 2 chairs to sit and relax and take in the views over the lake. There is also another smaller deck on the front with 2 chairs and this area is a real sun catcher.
The kitchen has all the equipment for your cooking needs, Instant boiling water and chilled filtered water, microwave, 2 door fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas cooktop and 900 multipurpose electric oven. The pantry has spices, sauces, tea, coffee and sugar if you need to use. There is also a range of dressings, garlic etc in the fridge. There is a large breakfast bar and an 8-seater table which extends to seat 12 comfortably.
There is a pool table, indoor wood burner, reverse cycle air conditioning and comfortable corner lounge area where you can sit back and enjoy your favourite programmes on an 65 inch OLED Television.
Upstairs also has 2 bedrooms, a spacious master bedroom with built in wardrobe, King size bed, ensuite, air conditioning and water views, And a queen bedroom, built in wardrobe and views of Wallangat National Park. Main bathroom with shower, double vanity and large free-standing bath.

About this space
This house is made for holidays and relaxing in - plenty of room to relax together - plenty of room to get away from each other. A 2 storey spacious, breezy, light-filled modern new home with views of the pristine waters of beautiful Wallis Lake and Wallangat National Park.
Coomba Lakefront and the boat ramp is 850m away. There is an enclosed netted swimming/beach area as well as a playground for the kids. The Foreshore is a large park area with Gas BBQ’s, public amenities and picnic tables. Coomba Park also has an Aquatic Club, which is open for dinner on Saturday BYO and Tennis courts available for hire, both only a few minutes’ drive from the house. There is an abundance of bird life, Kangaroos can be seen lounging in the shade on a hot day and you may even see deer. Our property is located in a peaceful & relaxing environment with plenty of wildlife action.
It is only about a 25min drive to top-rated beaches like One Mile Beach, Elizabeth Beach, Blueys Beach and Boomerang Beach or Forster/Tuncurry is a 40 minute drive or 10 minutes by boat. Enjoy swimming, surfing, fishing, dolphin spotting, snorkelling, or simply enjoying the sun and sand. Fancy a 4WD, head to Whoota Lookout to get stunning views of the coastline all the way to Port Macquarie on a clear day. There are plenty of walking tracks throughout the area.
We advise to plan ahead, bring food to prepare, beverages & anything you think you'll need. Pollards General Store in Coomba Park is open most days selling basics, alcohol & fuel or Foodworks in Charlotte Bay is 20 mins away on The Lakes Way if you do happen to forget anything. All this under 3.5 hours’ drive from Sydney’s CBD or 1.5 hours from Newcastle.

Kayak available for guests, also inflatable stand up paddle board for lake use only.
Please also note it is the guest’s responsibility to clean the BBQ after use
Bed linen and doona provided with bed ready and made up upon your arrival

Strictly No Smoking or Vaping inside the premise.
Dogs are allowed outside only
The guests have access to the whole house but please note the garage is locked and not for any one’s use.
You will be given information regarding keys prior to your stay.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property, but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance will also result in instant dismissal.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited.
The price charged is for domestic use only, not commercial.
Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenant’s responsibility during their stay.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10am, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
Bond is payable at the same time as the balance amount. The bond will be refunded within 5 days in full subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared.
