„I found this property last Fall when I was in town on short notice. Being a small businessman myself, I always try and support non franchise hotels when possible. The Railroad Inn looked good on Expedia so I took the chance. I loved it! Super accommodating staff when I needed late check in, and a clean room with a comfortable bed. „I'm glad that the listing no longer includes breakfast in the amenities list, because there is none. Owner did make some good restaurant recommendations when asked. A surprising lacking amenity was shampoo/conditioner, so take your own -- this is a budget hotel, quaint (decked out for the season) and sufficient. „This was my third visit in the last two years - mostly intended as fishing adventures. During my stay I booked another visit with my family for the 2nd week of September. I especially enjoy the rustic mood that the property creates once I arrive there. I had several very enjoyable conversations with William - sharing various experiences I encounter during my stay. „This B&B was one of the highlights of our trip to Cooperstown. Not only was the historical building gorgeous and beautifully (painstakingly!) restored, but the entire staff was warm and welcoming. The breakfast was DELICIOUS (thanks, Chef!), the in room amenities were top quality, and the room itself was cozy and quiet. It’s walkable to the Baseball HOF and other Main Street attractions. We cannot wait to come back! Highly recommend! “

„This was an ideal location for us to stay for our son’s tournament at Dreams Park. It was convenient to the fields and Cooperstown. It was a very relaxing, peaceful location to retreat back to after a busy day. The house was perfect and had everything we needed!“

„We had an amazing time at the log cabin. Peter was the best property manager we have dealt with. Everything was clean and instructions were clear. We ended up staying for a couple of snow days and the cabin was equipped with everything from cooking to snow removal. Thank you Peter and family again for an amazing stay. “
