Dirty Dirty Dirty
Comforter had white crusty stuff on it. We had to wash all bedding on all 3 beds. There was a slug on the dining room floor. Windows had prints on them. Place was dusty. Floors looked like they had not been cleaned in living room and dining room, Lights flickered. Especially in queen bedroom bathroom. Deck chairs and deck not cleaned off. Stuff all over chairs and deck. We had to clean off chairs to sit outside. Roof of the house is growing plants and trees. They did however after reporting the white crusty stuff /dirty and the slug on the floor to them, they lifted the restriction of only 2 cars parking at the house. That was nice of them since we were told we could park the extra car at a public parking area about 10mins or so away from the house. (They told me yes we could park the extra vehicle at the house and that there is 3 places for cars to park at the house)

Family Time
We have family that lives nearby this location, so this worked out really well for us. It was very comfortable, clean, and homey. The deck has beautiful views. The large dining area with table and chairs allowed us all to gather for an evening of pizza and games. It is a quiet neighborhood, so we were comfortable leaving our elderly father alone to rest when he didn't feel like going out with us. We will definitely consider using it for future visits.

Coastal getaway
We really enjoyed the property, very private. Disappointed that the monitor heater did not work, when we walked in it was only 59 degrees on a rainy day. Took several hours to warm up using wall heaters and portable heaters. Maybe supply some firewood in the winter if you know the heater doesn't work. Overall, very nice place, would love to come back in the summer and enjoy the deck!

Thanksgiving Visit
The property met all of our expectations. The view out the back deck was inspiring! Very convenient to the Charleston and Coos Bay areas. The layout worked very well and allowed my family to enjoy the stay. In colder weather the wood stove is a must!

Close to everything we wanted to do. Beautiful views from the deck, clean and quiet house with comfortable furniture. Good Wi-Fi service. Would have liked plastic containers/bags in the kitchen for leftovers. Aluminum foil would have been nice also. The heating system in the living/dining area needs to be updated but we had a wonderful time in Coos Bay.

Nice size house however...
This house was a Vacasa rental...not Vrbo. It is good size, decent view, however....couldn't get cable to work. Messaged Vacasa agent for assist and they responded....the next day while checking out. Because no AC we assumed a fan?? Nope. Bedrooms have no breeze or airflow... hot as hell. The neighbors dog barking at 7:00am....delightful. but the couch was comfortable.

Great stay
Very nice house and great view. Loved the bathrooms and the spacious living room. They do only give you one roll of paper towels and two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom which for a weekend with 6 girls was a little weird. Other than that it was a great place.

My husband and two of my friends came to Coos Bay for a wedding. This house was conveniently located close to the venue. The house was nice and quiet and we were able to just relax before and after the wedding. Great place and we will be back!

Disappointing
This home is in a good location, has a great new deck with beautiful view of the Slough. The two bathrooms have been redone quite nicely. That being said, there are some Big problems with this house. It does not meet up to VRBO standards by any means. It was hastly put together and remo needs to be finished. This time of year is chilly at night in Coos Bay. The primary heater is not working, and management is aware of it. They brought us space heateres when we reached out for assistance. In the new bathrooms the floors are supposed to be heated, providing heat for those rooms, neither work. The carpet in the master bedroom smells very bad, in desparate need of being cleaned or replaced. The vinly flooring through most of the house is at least 40 years old and very dirty.

Great Stay
I loved the location, the views and the way the house was situated on the lot between a small grove of fir trees and the slough. The local manager was extremely helpful and friendly. There were some problems with the house but overall it was a beautiful and comfortable place to be.

Not a good experience
We rented this property for a week and spent ALOT of money. We came into the house and it smelled mildewy and stale. We found dirty soda cans in the living room and instantly noticed all the bugs and spider webs. The place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all before we got there let alone aired out. After a little while the house got very hot the heat wasn’t on so we decided to open the back door the screens hardly slide it is so tough to open and close them like they’re going to break. We then opened windows to help with the smell and in the bedrooms there are two windows one of the windows was missing its screen in the master bedroom along with one of the windows missing a screen in the other bedroom. We could only open one window and it stayed hot in the house ALL day and night even with the windows we could open;open and the sliding glass door. Bugs were everywhere if we opened up the unscreened windows. All the fake plants and counters were covered dust as if they had never been cleaned. The master bedroom shower also doesn’t drain properly. They left a squeegee in the master shower for you to push all the water down the drain and again the bathroom had lots of spiders/webs. The deck is also unfinished and unsafe for our 1 year old that was with us, plus there was garbage all across the yard. There were many more issues with the property we definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here.

House was spacious for our family of 4. It has good views from the back deck. Bathrooms are updated and modern. Cleaning was not satisfactory as the floor was dirty and had some hair. Lights in the 2nd bedroom were not working. Appliances were outdated.

Stunning Views
We loved the house and the views of the Joe Bey slough were AMAZING! This property was a perfect, relaxing getaway. It was super comfortable and cozy with beautiful decor. The kind of place we want to stay! Hopefully we will be back to this area again. I have already told family and friends about this house. There are also great places to visit, the beach, dunes, Bandon, etc that are easy drives.
