„This is not in the local as published. Please do your research. There is no stove, owner lives on premises and works from home. She watches the cameras day and night. Very intrusive. Cameras all over; no privacy. This should not be a rental. There is a locked pantry off the master bedroom and bathroom. Extremely intrusive. Stay Away!!!“

„This apartment is a perfect place for anyone visiting Miami. It has everything that you need for either a short or a longer stay. My guest, who is a visiting artist, stayed for three weeks! The apartment was spotless; completely equipped, including an excellent laundry room for longer stays. It has a nice yard where you can enjoy the Miami sunset. It is walking distance to Sunset and to the metro rail University stop, which will take you to Dadeland (two stops South) and to Coconut Grove, ...

„We stayed in room 311 and it was very clean, open and inviting with a charming rustic feel. The area the house is in is very nice and walkable. There were other reviews that complained about loud ambient noise and we didn't notice anything out of the ordinary. We thought parking would be an issues since there isn't anywhere designated, but finding a spot close by wasn't an issue at all and the whole area felt safe enough to park comfortably. "Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel hat uns super gut gefallen. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade, ein Zimmer mit einem Balkon im sechsten Stock. Die Rezeptionistin Nicole erklärte uns auch die Updates, die wir durch unseren VIP Status bei EXPEDIA erhalten beim Frühstück bediente uns Naomi, der Service war perfekt. Sie schenkte uns auch noch drei kleine Gläschen mit Heinz Ketchup, ein super Mitbringsel für unsere Freunde, die gerne Ketchup essen. Nächstes Jahr planen wir, Florida wieder zu besuchen. Das Biltmore Hotel ist jetzt schon von uns für einen Aufenthalt wieder vorgesehen. Es ist einfach nur fabelhaft hier, der tolle Pool, der Spa, einfach alles."
