The owners were very communicative. The cabin was very clean, cute, and cozy. The bed we slept in was of good quality. I only gave a 4 because the listing indicated there was a Whirlpool spa and there was not. We had filtered by spa/hot tub because we wanted one, and so were a little disappointed that we didn't have that option. The owner was very gracious, though, and was not aware that the spa amenity had been displayed on their listing.
The place is in a great location to enjoy Laurel River Lake. We had a lovely meal at Wrigley Tavern.
While I wouldn't change a thing, I'd recommend adding a grill to the deck. The owners don't want people cooking with (excessive?) oil inside, having an outside grill is a good alternative. I have never stayed at a cabin that didn't have one, and I didn't event think to check, so that's on me. Also, please remember that some people are allergic/have sensitivities to heavily scented items. We had to unplug their very pungent plug-in and put it back when we were checking out.
All minor tweaks. Even without them, we'd definitely come back and recommend this stay to our friends.
