The space
This contemporary living space is fitted with a fully integrated Italian kitchen, modern furniture and appliances, including a Smart TV and high speed Wi-Fi.
Guests can enter the building completely contact-less using a smart keyless door. The apartments are located upstairs on the first floor via a stairwell.
Park View is in a perfect holiday or business location to discover all the great attractions of Cork city.

Apartment 2 has an open plan kitchen, living and dining room with views of the city park. It contains two generous bedrooms, one with a king bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. Both bedrooms have an en-suite with a modern rainfall shower. The apartment also contains a separate downstairs toilet.

John ein perfekter Gastgeber hat uns eine wunderbare Beschreibung für die Wohnung inkl. Tipps zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Kommunikation mit John war unkompliziert. Die Lage der Wohnung ist fantastisch alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Diese Wohnung ist absolut empfelnswer

Modernes Appartement im Zentrum von Cork - sehr empfehlenswert
Wir (4 Erwachsene) haben 4 Nächte hier verbracht und waren begeistert von der Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung. The English Market, interessante Pubs, gute Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten von Cork schnell zu Fuß erreichen. Parkplatz (allerdings kostenpflichtig) in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit Gastgeber John war unkompliziert und die Tipps zu Restaurants und Pubs super.

Wonderful place in the heart of Cork
Excellent location and easy access. Great place to stay for 4, easy walking distance to everything downtown Cork, or cook and stay in with groceries from English Market a block away. Nothing missing from place, except maybe tissues (someone in are party had a cold). Make sure you close windows at night as central location can be noisy late if left open.

CANNOT BEAT THE LOCATION
I give the apt. a 5 star. Clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I give the location a 10 star. There is no better location that we saw. You are very close to all the action, pubs, and stores you need. For us, this was the best place we could have picked to stay without knowing any thing about Cork. We stayed 4 weeks in this apt. Some people complained about noise. We found that with windows locked, it was not noticable. John, the owner and the couple he uses to clean are fantastic people.

Great Place to Stay in Cork - Highly Recommend!
This lodging was the best we encountered on our Ireland travels! Very convenient location, with great response and info from our host John. Very clean and well-lit (lots of natural light), with bonus of 3 bathrooms (2 full, 1 half). Great, easy to use showers (best ones on our trip), comfortable beds, and good lighting, fans in all rooms, and windows that open (all had blinds). Bus stop just outside the door, and a safe, open parking lot about 300 meters up the street (John provided a map with numerous parking options as part of the info). Easy walk to St. Anne's Tower, numerous cafes, restaurants, and pubs and only 2-3 minutes to the English Market (a MUST VISIT!). John also included suggestions on places to visit, restaurants, breakfast places, and pubs, many of which we went to. This apartment and host support helped make Cork our favorite Irish city - would definitely stay here again! Suggestions: better instructions on emptying the grounds from the coffee machine (a very nice one that grinds fresh coffee!). Also, some way to turn off the heaters would be nice, along with better fans for the upstairs rooms (ones that move more air).

Lovely home, safe and secure, but be aware of loud party celebrators passing in the night!
My husband and I truly loved staying at this home. John was super impressive with his response times. The home decor was up to date, yet provided the coziness of our own home. John even provided water which we were all too ready for upon our arrival. The only two downfalls we experienced was the “off site” parking which was a selection of parking garages located several blocks away (we drove) and the loud party revelers yelling into the night (4am it quieted down). All in all, it was a lovely stay, close to any and everything, especially the english market! John does provide ear plugs which helped a little with yelling all night. You will feel safe in this location and should enjoy your stay.

A traveler's ideal stay
This place is a traveler's dream! After staying in a variety of hotels, and bed & breakfasts across Ireland, this place was easily my favorite. It's a clean, spacious and beautiful apartment in the heart of Cork city centre. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun stay in Cork!

Luxury Yes, Quiet No
Luxury? A stone's throw from a park of hobos and rowdy teens sharing drugs. Luxury? A half-block away from a pub inhabited nightly by a riotous gang of skinheads, teens, and Z-gens. The cacophony of sounds that began each evening around 10am never ceased until after 4am. Despite having all the windows closed, the noise roared throug. I turned up the volume of Netflx--could still hear it loud and clear. Each and every night we could not sleep, catching only a few hours after 4. Sometimes bottles were hurled into the street. F-Words every night from pub drunks walking by. Expletives hurled by teens partying in the park. Often, gangs of girls echoed a chorus of curses at boy gangs strutting by. Why no guests pointed this out in reviews is beynd me. If they had, I would not have booked, despite eyeballing the delightful apartment photos with my wife. I believe I deserve some sort of refund.

Very comfortable!
This large apartment in Cork was an ideal spot while we were exploring south Ireland. We loved the privacy of separate bathrooms for both couples plus the half bath near the living area. The apartment was well equipped, though the cooktop had us stumped at first! There is also plenty of seating room for eating or for relaxing.

Great Cork City Center Apt
This 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment with a downstairs kitchen/living room was very conveniently located, very tidy, and well appointed. The neighborhood is lively (well into the night), which can have challenges if windows need to be open for comfort, but otherwise zero complaints from our family of 4! Highly recommend.

Visited Cork as attending concert at Musgrave Park, we stayed at Johns lovely apartment, just what we hoped for and more. Perfect location to the city centre, 2 min walk and 30 mins to Musgrave Park. Johns instructions were very helpful and told us ever we needed to know. I must say we didn’t read them properly for the location, so it took us a bit to find it, so it’s important you read ahead of arrival. We parked up the road, €20 for 24 hours. We loved The Oval pub next door, good Irish pub and the English Market, great if you want to cook a meal. We wouldn’t hesitate recommending staying here, worth every penny. Thank you for a lovely stay

Excellent property in a great location
Had a really enjoyable stay, property is excellent for couples as both large bedrooms have great en-suites.
