"The management company, particularly Barbara, was very helpful and prompt in replying to all questions. Five stars for this! The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 13; however, the house is in need of updating. The dryer went out during our stay but was repaired but all appliances need to be upgraded. Pressure washing is needed for the exterior as we were unable to use the outdoor furniture due to the bird droppings and spider webs. Carpet is also in need of replacement. Although...

"Absolutely beautiful home with coastal vibes. Every room was decorated nicely. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms and bathrooms on multi levels. Expansive, well equipped kitchen. "Pamela's voh18 was perfect for an extended family getaway. We had 16 guests (8 adults and 8 kids). Everyone had a bed to sleep in and there was plenty of room for everyone to gather upstairs or do their own thing on one of the lower levels. The location to the beach and the 4x4 beach were great! Definitely recommend renting a 4x4 vehicle if you don't already have one to drive on the beach, that was the highlight of the trip for the kids. "Close to the beach, the house is a bit older but maintained fairly well. The bedding and towels were clean and decent. The AC is cold appliances up to date. Not much grass in the yard, mostly sandy. Great sidewalks for going back and forth. Try to get number for your manager as the Vrbo app kept crashing."
