Dieses Haus verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein geräumiges großes Zimmer, einen Essbereich, eine große abgeschirmte Veranda, ein Ober- und Unterdeck mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten, einen schönen privaten Pool, einen Whirlpool für 6 Personen und einen überdachten Carport mit viel Platz zum Parken oder Spielen im Freien und eine Waschmaschine / Trockner für den Komfort der Gäste.

Einige der neuesten Updates umfassen Flachbildfernseher, Terrassenmöbel, Poolmöbel, Bettwäsche, Leuchten usw. Sorgfältige Überlegungen, Anstrengungen und Zeit wurden aufgewendet, um dieses Ferienhaus zu einem angenehmen und erholsamen Feriendomizil für Sie und Ihre Familie zu machen !!!

Wir befinden uns in einer großartigen Gegend an einer Sackgasse, nur 3 Gehminuten von den unberührten Stränden entfernt, für die Corolla bekannt ist. Keine großen Straßen zu überqueren, um zum Strand zu gelangen. Es gibt wunderbare Radwege in der gesamten Gemeinde, die Duck und Corolla verbinden. Bringen Sie Ihr eigenes Fahrrad mit oder leihen Sie es vor Ort aus!

Wir sind weniger als 1 Meile entfernt, um Paddel- und Jet-Ski zu mieten, Kajaktouren, Abenteuergolf, Wildpferde-Abenteuertouren, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Freizeitaktivitäten und vieles mehr. In weniger als 1,6 km Entfernung finden Sie das Einkaufszentrum Timbuck II mit über 60 aufregenden Geschäften.

In der obersten Etage dieses Hauses befindet sich ein geräumiger, großer Raum mit Gewölbedecken und Deckenventilatoren. Neuer Flachbildfernseher, DVD-Player, DVDs, Bücher und viele tolle Rätsel und Spiele. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit Gegenbestuhlung für 3 Personen, Essbereich für 8 Personen und Zugang zum Oberdeck. Diese Ebene verfügt auch über ein Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett und angrenzendem Bad in voller Größe und Zugang zum Deck der oberen Ebene.

Die zweite Ebene verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, ein Bad und Zugang zu einem großen überdachten Deck und in Veranda abgeschirmt.

Außenanlagen umfassen einen schönen, entspannenden privaten Pool, einen Whirlpool für sechs Personen, zwei geschlossene Außenduschen und einen großen Holzkohlegrill.

Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden ohne Aufpreis zur Verfügung gestellt. Dieses Haus wird Bettwäsche für alle Betten zur Verfügung stellen und die Betten werden mit Ausnahme der Schlafsofas gemacht, in welchem Fall die Bettwäsche zur Verfügung gestellt wird.

Der Currituck Lighthouse, der Golfplatz Currituck Club, der Corolla Adventure Park, der Whalehead Club, das Wildlife Heritage Museum und das Wild Horse Museum sind alle weniger als 8 km entfernt.

Wonderful vacation home
We were very pleased with the property. The house was clean and had plenty of space. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We have never stayed at a rental that was so well prepared including things for the beach. It was within easy walking distance to the beach, access to grocery stores and numerous restaurants close by. The owners were helpful and communicative. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great OBX vacation.

Great property
We had a great week! The house is clean, spacious and well maintained. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, serving bowls, etc. The pool is small, but my kids had a ton of fun in it and we all really enjoyed the hot tub, which was very clean. Plenty of outdoor space on the decks and screened in porch as well. It was about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach for us. The beach was pretty busy the week that we were there (Aug 13-20). It’s a guarded beach, which is great if you have kids. We were really happy with the house and would stay again if we return to Corolla!

Nice getaway
The house was beautifully decorated and had everything you could need in the kitchen. For a VRBO it was a little disappointing to have to order our linens and towels separately, but this should not be a show-stopper. The pool was smaller than we were expecting and the greenery around it caused stains on the pool floor that were off-putting, but didn’t detract from a much needed dip after a hot day on the beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with great decks, a screened porch, and a cart to take everything to the beach. The owners care about their property and it shows.

Great family house
This was a great little house for our family of four (two adults + two teenagers). I could see it comfortably housing up to six people. Everything is in great shape and there have been many updates. Furniture was nice; beds were super comfy (and I am picky about beds!) The pool was a little smaller than we thought based on pictures, but we really enjoyed it, as well as the hot tub. The walk to the beach is fairly easy. The beach is crowded in that area during the peak months, but is a great beach! We LOVED the location in Corolla - very close to grocery, FANTASTIC restaurants, and shopping. Homeowner and property manager were very responsive and easy to work with. My only recommendation for improvements is that the surface of the patio around the pool is really hard to walk on with bare feet. We will absolutely be back and definitely recommend this house!

Charming home, great location
We were a party of 6 (my husband and I, our 3 kids, and our au pair). With the 4 bedrooms, decks on two levels, and outdoor pool area there was lots of space for us to spread out and relax. Comfortable sitting/dining area, kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, ice maker kept up with our significant demand:). And the air conditioning worked well, which was great since we were there for some hot weather. Pool was small but nicely private, and the hot tub was a nice treat. The walk to the beach was about half a mile. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property highly.

We had a great stay! This was our second trip to OBX and it did not disappoint! It’s a short walk to the beach, easy trip to the grocery store and the owners could not have been any nicer! The house was the perfect size for our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 teenagers). We cooked in every night and the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. We will be back!

This was our first trip to the Outer Banks and we were delighted with this house. It's a short walk to the beach, easy for the kids to manage and the beach is beautiful. The house is well set up for two families of four. Great to have the pool for the kids when they are beached out! Perfect first time visit to OBX
This was our first visit to OBX and we loved our stay. The house was incredibly well kept. It was clean well taken care of. Wendy was great with communication. We enjoyed a lot of time in the pool and our evenings on the patios. The location to shopping was ideal. Great beach neighborhood.
