Ihre ganze Familie wird dieses schöne Haus auf unserem abgeschiedenen Grundstück nur wenige Blocks vom Strand entfernt genießen. Umgeben von Bäumen, bietet unser Haus beispiellose Privatsphäre, damit Sie sich an unserem Pool oder Whirlpool entspannen und Ihren Urlaub in Ruhe genießen können. Unsere Gemeinde in Ocean Sands verfügt über einen privaten Zugang zum Strand, der den Strand nicht überfüllt und den weichen, weißen Sand unberührt lässt. Der Strand hat auch Rettungsschwimmer für Ihre Sicherheit. Das Haus selbst ist groß, hell und sonnig, mit vielen Aktivitäten für jedermann (Sandvolleyballplatz, Basketballkorb, Spielplatz, Spiele und mehr). In der Tower-Sitzecke können Sie einen Cocktail genießen, während Sie den Sonnenuntergang beobachten oder ein gutes Buch lesen. Das Haus verfügt über 5 Schlafzimmer (3 Master), 4 Badezimmer, einen zweiten Wohnbereich mit Futon, einen privaten Pool im Erdgeschoss, einen Whirlpool und eine Außendusche. Auf zwei großen Decks können Sie sich zurücklehnen und die Sonne genießen, während Sie in der Nähe Ihres Zuhauses bleiben. Das Haus verfügt über einen eigenen Volleyballplatz und einen Basketballkorb für alle Sportbegeisterten. Ein Community-Tennisplatz ist ebenfalls nur einen Block entfernt. Der Hinterhof hat einen Grill, einen Picknicktisch, eine Schaukel und eine Rutsche sowie viel Sand und Spielzeug, damit die Kinder herumspielen können. Unser Hausverwalter ist ebenfalls in der Nähe, um Ihnen bei Problemen schnell weiterzuhelfen. Wir sind zuversichtlich, dass Ihre ganze Familie dieses einzigartige Anwesen genießen und Erinnerungen schaffen wird, die Sie ein Leben lang schätzen werden. Overall was spacious. Good location. Pool was a bonus. But we wish the umbrellas on the pool deck were more suitable. There were 2 umbrellas that didnt appear to fit the bases and therefore didnt provide any shade.

Family get together
We very much enjoyed our stay. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was very convenient. Pool was very clean. A new umbrella was appreciated. Short walk to the beach. They provided a packnplay booster seat and high chair. Hot tub a nice 105 degrees that I loved. Towels, beach chairs, well stocked kitchen, etc. Property manager was great and pleasant to work with… Thank you!

Relaxing week
The house was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The homes are very close together in this area and we didn’t realize that the walk to the beach would entail carrying the wagon of beach chairs and other items up a flight of stairs and back down. The pool area certainly needs some additional shade. The one working umbrella was small and torn. The traffic to the home was very congested at duck beach. This was our lack of knowledge and had nothing to do with the home itself. Eileen was easy to work with and continued to communicate with us. The linens that were provided was only one set per bed and we had married couples that would have preferred their own bath towel and washcloth. Appreciated the many beach towels that were provided. Overall, a wonderful, relaxing week.

Wonderful property, great pool
A good time was had by all! Easy walk to the beach, lots of time spent in the pool and on the breezy upper deck, big table to play games. We are three families with college and high school age children and other than a few runs to the grocery store, nobody got in a car all week. Property manager was nearby and easy to reach. Highly recommend.

The area is beautiful and the property is located so you have a lot of privacy. It's close to a grocery store and there is so much you can do for entertainment. We definitely hope to return to this area again.

Oceans Sands is a great neighborhood and the house was a short walk to the beach. Having only one refrigerator was a problem as we had to keep our beverages in our coolers and continuously buy ice. Overall our family had a good experience!

Great place to get away!
We really enjoyed this house. It had plenty of room for the ten of us to spread out when needed and just the right size table for family meals. The rooms were nice sizes and well furnished, with a lot of linens provided. It is well furnished and the extra beach items like chairs and the large wheeled cart were a huge plus! The kitchen had an odd collection of serving trays and not many choices to store left overs.The hot tub and pool are really nice, though as others have shared there isn't much shade by the pool most of the day. Communication with the manager was great, kept in touch before we arrived and on day of checkout. Having a gas grill with gas provided was a plus. The walk to the beach was not too far and the grocery store is the next street up the road, you could walk if you want to carry groceries back.

Great way to end the summer!
We had a group of 12 with 6 children ranging in age from 1 year to 12 years. The bedroom configuration worked out perfectly as did the layout of the home. Ocean Sands had a well equipped kitchen with everything we needed, including extra beach chairs, a beach cart, extra kitchen and pool towels, a nice play area for the kids, games, puzzles and of course the pool and beach. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Wonderful OBX Stay!
This home is impressive. Lots of room for all 9 of us. Every kitchen appliance you could ever need or want. Pool and hot tub were fantastic! Home is close to beach. Check in was easy and Eileen, Property Manager was great to work with. OBX is wonderful, but this home made our family trip outstanding.

Exactly what we were looking for
We had a group of 12 looking for something close to the beach with a pool. Check in was a breeze and Eileen was very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The home exceeded our expectations in terms of amenities, space and layout. The house was equipped with everything from spare beach chairs, games, and even a beach cart. The location of the house itself was secluded, yet within a short walk to the beach access. With this house, all you have to do is show up and enjoy, everything you need is right there.

This house was perfect. Quick walk to the beach. Pool and hot tub on the property. Extremely clean. Very easy to talk to owner. Next time we just need to bring an umbrella or something for shade. Highly recommend this property!!!!!!

Great place to stay for the family
Enjoyed staying here. Lots of space with the 4 bedrooms each with own bath, & 2 with jack and Jill. Lots of steps in the house & beach access, would not work well for handicap or babies that don’t do steps. Have gates but aren’t able to be used easily. Pool was a nice size & a plus for kids. Not much shade. Bring your own floats. Nice area to bike with wide sidewalks & quiet neighborhood. Can also bike to beach. Beach was not crowded & sand was clean & soft with unique shells scattered throughout. Kitchen was small for a large group. Nice large dining table to seat 12 & high chair a plus. House was clean & beds made when we arrived. First floor was the 4 bedrooms 2 with own bath 2 with jack & Jill. Upstairs main living area with king master. The deck off kitchen was wonderful. Would have been nice to have an umbrella for morning sun & table & chairs for outdoor eating, but did have a very comfy patio set. The beds were comfy for the most part except the twins were extremely firm.

A vacation to remember
Smooth Sailing was amazing. My family and I had a very memorable week in this house and I would absolutely rent here again in the future. The pool and outdoor shower were my most favorite parts. The King mattress seemed new and it was extremely comfortable. Thank you, Eileen, for your hospitality.

Always a great place to stay!
This was our second time renting this property and once again it was fabulous! Upgraded deck was beautiful. The house was clean and fully stocked with what we needed. Short walk to the beach and an amazing pool!! We were sad the basketball hoop is no longer there. We had a great week and hope to return!

The perfect spot for an affordable beach trip!
The perfect house in this price range for 3 families (6 adults, 6 kids ages 2-9). The home was exactly as advertised and felt bigger than the photos. We arrived to a clean home and fully stocked - including some beach wagons and chairs. The kids loved having the pool and we loved the safety features like additional gates on the decks and fenced pool area, separate from the play set. The home layout was perfect for 3 families, with each couple having a private bathroom and the two kids rooms sharing a Jack & Jill bathroom. The beds were all comfortable, the home was quiet, as well as a nice quiet neighborhood. The walk to the beach was quick, even with many little kids. The only tricky part was the stairs leading up and over the dune if we had a lot of beach gear, but the stretch of beach was really clean and the lifeguards at Section D was a bonus. A 0.6 mile walk along the sidewalk to Duck Donuts, Harris Teeter grocery, and Off the Wall Tap House. We would definitely rent here again!
