„Grundsätzlich eine schöne Wohnung im dritten Stock mit Fahrstuhl und kleiner Dachterrasse. Warum steht in der Lagebeschreibung eine ganz andere Adresse, wo doch die eigentliche Adresse 303 Stanhope Street viel besser ist. Für eine New York Tour super, 2 U-Bahn-Linien fußläufig erreichbar, Nahversorgung, usw. Leider ist die Kommunikation sehr knapp und einiges auch nur auf Nachfrage (Wifi). Auch fehlt der Wohnung ein wenig Aufmerksamkeit. Nur drei Messer, Geschirr grundsätzlich sehr knapp und ...

„This apartment was just what I needed for my long weekend trip. Except for the party nearby on Friday night, which I didn’t mind because the music was great, it is surprisingly quiet. „My coworker and I chose this place since it was only two blocks from Hunter College where we were working this week, and it was absolutely perfect for our experience. We had more than enough room, we were very comfortable, and the owner and our communication with them was very friendly and accommodating. „Loved the location, super clean, easy check in and out. great space/size, unbelievable views! Host response was great. One note: one bedroom the heat was "iffy" and had to use a space heater. I think that should be mentioned in the listing, especially in January and especially if traveling with young kids. Neighborhood was great - loved Black Seed Bagel right around the corner. And Oscar Wilde is so close, a holiday must see!“

„This is a shared apartment that means you share the apartment with others. I was confused thinking I will have a room in the apartment while kitchen and living area will be for us. But, there are 3 rooms and more people might check in while you are there. We were there and young (undergrad) people with their friends checked in thinking they can party all night. They also thought the entire apartment was for them. But communication with owner was smooth and things were taken care of. “

„My roommate and I stayed in this unit as temp living for 3 months. The unit is extremely clean and is nicely updated. The owner lives nearby and is very responsive. He was aways was quick to solve any issues that came up. Only downside is the location is about a 15 min walk to the nearest subway station but there are plenty groceries, bars, parks, etc in walking distance.“
