Amaroo, ein wunderschöner Ort.

Amaroo ist ein Wort der Aborigines und bedeutet schöner oder schöner Ort. Das Haus wird dieser Erwartung mit Sicherheit gerecht. Umgeben von einer glückseligen Landschaft, vom Balkon mit Blick auf die Bucht von Western Port oder vom Balkon auf der Rückseite des Hauses aus, mit Blick auf Ackerland. Das Entspannen mit Freunden und der Familie in allen Klimazonen ist auf jeden Fall vorgesehen.

Das Haus ist ein modernes, voll klimatisiertes und beheiztes Haus, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Wasser entfernt in Coronet Bay, Victoria. Nur eineinhalb Stunden von Melbourne entfernt.

Beim Eintritt werden Sie mit 3 Schlafzimmern begrüßt, die alle mit Heizung und Kühlung ausgestattet sind. Aufenthaltsraum, Waschküche und Küche zur freien Verfügung. Amaroo bietet bequem Platz für bis zu 8 Erwachsene.

In der Lounge befindet sich eine Holzheizung, vor der Sie sich an kühleren Tagen und Nächten wunderbar kuscheln können. Gästen werden kostenloses WLAN und Netflix angeboten. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und bereit für Sie zu unterhalten.

Ort.

Das Amaroo befindet sich in der ruhigen Stadt Coronet Bay. Ein fabelhafter Ort für diejenigen, die einen sicheren Strand für Kinder und / oder Hunde, Angeln oder Entspannung suchen. Es gibt einen Park am Ufer, einen kleinen Laden für das Nötigste und Wanderwege zum Erkunden.

Eine kurze Fahrt bringt Sie zurück nach Corinella und Grantville. Oder fahren Sie in Richtung San Remo, Kilcunda oder Phillip Island, um die Abenteuer zu erleben, die Sie sich wünschen. Sei es Wein, Shopping, Cafés, Minigolf oder Galerien - Sie werden etwas zu tun finden!

In Coronet Bay kann La Provincia Ihren Gaumen mit einer Mahlzeit verwöhnen oder Ihnen Obst, Gemüse oder andere verführerische Produkte aus lokalem Anbau anbieten. Oder vielleicht bei einem Spaziergang entlang der Küste, finden Sie sich in Fig & the Bay wieder, wo Sie leckeres Essen und Trinken zu sich nehmen können, während Ihr Ausblick auf das Wasser die Szene bestimmt. Oder vielleicht können die Kinder (oder Erwachsenen) die Herausforderungen der lokalen BMX-Strecke in der Nähe der örtlichen Halle genießen.

Für die wilden Lebensliebhaber bringen Sie Ihr Fernglas und genießen Sie die Beobachtung einer Vielzahl von Vögeln und Meereslebewesen. Wenn Sie Glück haben, werden Sie ein Känguru oder einen Wal entdecken! Bei Amaroo gibt es unendlich viele Möglichkeiten zum Erkunden, Spaß haben und Abenteuer erleben.

Dog friendly property close to the beach
My friend and I (and two year old Border Collie) enjoyed the location of this home, a short stroll to the beach and general store. There are two balconies, one with a partial view of the beach and a private one at the back overlooking the fields where we saw kangaroos. The kitchen was clean and well equipped, and the lounge / dining area was spacious. We appreciated having a bathroom each. The dog enjoyed running around the yard, and even though the fences are low, she was safely contained. We weren't able to use the BBQ as the gas cylinder was empty but we could have used the nearby BBQs at the beachfront park if we really wanted to. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home, relaxing getaway
Amaroo is definitely a beautiful home, it's very spacious, modern, comfortable and clean. Amy was such a wonderful host! Communication from her was always quick, helpful and friendly. She provided us with recommendations on where to visit, dine and explore. We enjoyed the quiet, laid -back atmosphere. It also wasn't too far to drive to popular Wonthaggi, Cowes and Phillip Island. Thank you Amy for your warm hospitality. We hope to visit again soon.

Lovely house in a great location
Beautiful house with water views from the verandah. Property backs on to a rural setting and Kangaroos came to graze each evening. Very roomy home for 4 people with lots of amenities, all streaming services, fast internet. General store is only a 5 min walk, also sells takeaway food and pizza's. Coronet bay is fairly remote, about 20 minutes from restaurants and shops. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend this as a great destination to disconnect and unwind.

Perfect Getaway
A delightful place to stay - well appointed, beautiful location, wanted for nothing. We looked at a lot of places in and around Phillip Island, and this was, all things considered, a no-brainer. Owners gave lots of info on the house and surrounding areas, all in all making everything very easy for a stress-free getaway.

First class from start to finish
This property has everything and more. Beautifully decked out, clean and little added touches makes it a home from home. From start to finish was perfect in every respect, with amazing communication, tips of where to go to eat or visit in the area. My only negative, and I’m picking here, was trying to eat out. We visited in between Xmas and new year. Anywhere we wanted to eat had to be pre booked well in advance. Sometimes days in advance. Was abit frustrating as we had never had to pre book before hand, when visiting pre covid. But we worked it out and still managed to have a perfect stay. Would definitely highly recommend this property. Thank you for a perfect stay.

A fantastic place to stay. Great location, great property and great host.
Couldn't rate it highly enough. It was a beautiful property in a fantastic location. Amy was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The general store was handy too. My dog also absolutely loved his stay. He loved sitting out on the balcony watching time pass as well a running around the yard. I will definitely be going back again and can't recommend it enough to anyone wanting to stay near a close child friendly beach.

Peace & Tranquility
Thankyou Amy once again for allowing us to stay at Amaroo for a fabulous 2.5 week holiday. As in the past the house was equipped with everything needed to make our stay a happy and extremely comfortable time. As well as being extremely clean on our arrival it was so lovely to have the comfort of the wood fire with a plentiful supply of wood. Being the middle of winter we were blessed with beautiful sunny days & no rain. The sunsets were amazing. Look forward to returning again next year if not earlier.

Tranquility by the Sea
Amaroo is a tranquil home away from home. It offers a comfortable stay for up-to two families. It is well equiped with everything you could need. It has beautiful views out across the bay to French Island to the front of the property, with open fields where kangaroos play to the rear. Plenty of space for kids to play and a short stroll to the beach and a general store.

Wonderful Summer Break
We had a great week at Coronet Bay. The house was perfect for what we needed as a family. It is a short walk to the beach and we loved the expansive balcony with sea views. Communication with host Amy was easy and responsive. Highly recommended.

Perfect Family Holiday
We had booked our holiday during covid lock down and hoped for the best come November , Amy kept in touch through out so we felt safe if anything was to happen so we could rebook or receive a full refund. We arrived a to find Amy's home everything we had hoped for and more a warm and welcoming host who was only a phone call away if we needed anything to make our stay more comfortable. The home was very clean and had everything you would need and then some, we enjoyed a BBQ on the expansive balcony with ocean views, we sat back and relaxed in the cosy lounge, our family of seven had plenty of room at the eight seater dinning table. I must say it was great that the second toilet was separated from the bathroom when you travel with a big family this is a luxury lol. We stayed in the second main bedroom and we need to ask Amy were she purchased the mattress as it must be the best mattress we have ever slept on and we travel all over the world. The bunk beds worked perfect for the kids and gave them space for some alone time when needed as well as the master with great bedding plenty of room for a portacot which was made up ready to go on arrival and the private balcony was a treat in the evening as we all enjoyed watching the wild life and the large mob of roo's. The last two days we had perfect beach weather and loved that a safe children's beach was walking distance as was the corner milk bar. All in all we had a great time exploring the area and will return many times we all voted and it was unanimous ,thank you Amy. Kathryn,John,Troy,Jade,Tahlia.Riley,Cooper and baby Madeline.

Sou has a wonderful place to stay for the weekend. We had to change our booking a few times due to lockdowns and Amy was fantastic during this process. The property was amazing, super clean a view of the beach from the lounge and we could see kangaroos out the back bedroom windows. We had a perfect time and would definitely love to come stay again.

Extremely happy
Everything we needed with an extremely well equipped kitchen. Finally, a holiday house with ridiculously comfortable mattresses from the Queen bed’s to the single bunks! Very easy living in this place and a classy finish to in everything. Loads of space, plenty of off street parking, and everything kept like new. Couldn’t fault a thing. Will certainly consider staying again if choosing that location.
