We are located in the heart of the city and do also have the general urban foot traffic, including a homeless/transient population, that is not uncommon to see in our area given the high density of the central city. We love animals here at our property and we'd love to have your pet stay with us too! To ensure a safe and happy visit for everyone, please follow these guidelines:
· A $30 daily pet fee per pet, capped at a maximum of $200 per pet, must be paid prior to your stay via Airbnb resolution request. If not paid within 1 hour of booking, your stay may be cancelled.
· We can accommodate either 1 large animal (50-75 lbs) or two small animals (under 40 lbs).
· Pets must be kenneled and house trained.
· All pets must be leashed at all times when outside of the home.
· Pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste in our garbage receptacles outside of the home.
· Pets must be kept off all furniture, bedding, sheets and blankets or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed.
· Guests are responsible for any damages or injury caused by their animals.
· Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy and pet fees must be paid.
