Dieses 4 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder Haus befindet sich direkt am Strand in Port Aransas. Dieses zweistöckige Haus verf��gt über den gesamten Wohnbereich im zweiten Stock, von wo aus Sie einen herrlichen Blick von den meisten Zimmern des Hauses genießen können. Der Master hat ein Kingsize-Bett und ein King's Master-Bad mit einer großen Gartenwanne und einer geräumigen Dusche. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat einen König. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Bett und das vierte Schlafzimmer zwei Etagenbetten mit einem voll auf der Unterseite und einem Zwilling auf der Oberseite. Das Haus wird insgesamt 12 Personen schlafen. Das Wohnzimmer und der Küchenbereich sind offen und sind der perfekte Ort, um am Abend zu besuchen. Amazing beach front property
Amazing property! The deck off the back was a favorite listening to the ocean waves. Kids loved the game room with pool table and ping pong along with arcade:) Location on beach was perfect on the quieter side of things which made it super nice- Kitchen was AMAZING and was stocked with all kid of cooking ware dished and pots and pans- Having 2 living areas was amazing- one for adults and one for kiddos! Only neg. was it was a little hot inside due to the large windows and AC did not seem to cool as good as we would have liked and we went in March- I would be a little weary of summer temps and feeling cool in the home- def bring some fans:) Other than that it was one of our favorite places to stay!

Fantastic with Fees
Let’s start with the good. The view is amazing. The property was nice and for the most part maintained. The beds were comfortable and everything appeared to be clean.The down side. The house is located at the back of a nice RV park. We stayed over new years week, the outside temp never exceeded 74, but the AC could not keep up so the house stayed very warm. The house has an outdated whole home lighting system, which partially works. The main panel didn’t works at all and the back porch panel was broken so the porch lights would not turn on. The third bathroom occasionally looked like a strobe light.The private heated pool is nice, and claims to be included. It was not heated and requires another fee for use.Be prepared for a ton of fees. The cleaning fee was outrageous and was double what we pay at other properties. Certain pets are welcome, but there are fees for the pets as well. Not a ton of grass for dogs which can cause traffic jams at the potty areas.

We adore this property, but faced some issues with water temperature, balcony safety, and flickering lights. Maintenance was very responsive, but I don't believe the issues were fixed.

Perfect family get away
This house was perfect for our family get away. The view was beautiful! In addition to the easy beach access, our family loved the pool (plenty big enough for all of us), the foosball table was high quality (something my teenagers value), the retro arcade game was a lot of fun too. We like to cook when we travel and the kitchen was one of the best I’ve stayed in as far as new appliances and cooking utensils, etc. The RV park itself is also very nice - high end, beautiful spots, pool, ponds and rec house. We would love to stay here again!

I didn't read the rules, it's my fault, but a manager came and started yelling at my husband and son that they should wear such a thing but the person is furious. There are ways to say things, It wasn't one time, it was several times, in my point of view, it was racism. Afterwards, they looked at us badly, we no longer felt comfortable, the lights on the porch didn't work, 4K and the reality, we weren't happy

Perfect House for Family Get Togethers
There was a total of eight (8) of us during our stay, six (6) adults and two (2) children. The kids loved the bunk room and the ability to watch their own shows. Loved having enough space for all the adults to retreat to their own rooms and still feel separate from the others. The large living area and kitchen was a hit. This space was designed with conversation and working together (meal prep) in mind. Loved all the high-end appliances and the views were phenomenal. Everyone loved the pool, it looks small in the photos, but it fit our group perfectly! Not shown in the photos are the play areas below the house, there is a great pool table and ping pong table downstairs and plenty of space to park your vehicles in the large, oversized garage. My only disappointment was the complex lighting system in the home. Some of the buttons were labeled correctly, but most of the time you had to just guess what button did. Other times you had to hold buttons to make the lights operate correctly. Some time was spent trying to learn how to operate the lights and that was confusing for most everyone. Aside from the lighting issue, the home was extremely clean, everything was fresh and clean. The walk to the beach was five (5) minutes at most, it was so easy. At the boardwalk there is a shower to wash off all the sand. It really was an amazing property. Highly recommend!

Excellent location, beautiful view.
Can’t beat the location, easy walk over the boardwalk to the beach. Oddly in an RV park, but very nice overall. House is well apppointed. Heated pool is great, even in the cool of winter. And again, the location is the best around.

Great house
Great layout for our group of nine, all on one level. Good kitchen and a good charcoal grill for steaks. Great view of the ocean from the main room. Big area on the ground floor to play pool & ping ping or just sit and drink beer on a rainy day at the beach. Easy walk to the beach. Quiet, safe location, easy drive into town. We will return.

We will return!! Wonderful stay!!
This house is beautiful and very roomy. It was a great fit for our family. It was clean, but whoever stayed before us, must have had a dog, because there was dog hair on the floor and rugs in multiple areas. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The beds were super comfy. The lighting system was very confusing and hard to understand. The pool was broken and this was a huge disappointment for our grandlittles, however we were compensated for the disappointment and that was appreciated. The location is beachfront and the walkway to the beach is a short walk from the house. While the house is beachfront it is actually located in the back of a very nice RV Park. We were a little confused when we pulled in, then realized the house was in the back. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will recommend to friends and family.

Loved the location and the view, that all living areas were on one level, the private pool. The kitchen was very functional and very well equipped. Negatives: it sleeps 12 but only if you put 6 in one room. A sleeper sofa in the extra living area would have been great.

Great views of the beach from the small porch and large living room. Nice well-appointed kitchen and dining; plenty of beds/baths for a large family. New heated pool was appreciated when the gulf water was a bit too cold. Minus one star b/c MBR mattress is past its prime and shower wasn’t working, but this is still a good pick.

We rented this house for two weeks. We had a maintenance issue that was dealt with very promptly. Everything was great. We had family staying there and even though the weather was not very cooperative, we had a great time and loved the living room views!

Place was nice but when water turned on in the master shower lights would start strobing. Grass definitely needed to be mowed. But other than that great for big families. Big kitchen. Great location!

Great house close to the beach! Highly recommend!
We are a group of three families traveling together, total of 12 people; this house has a fantastic layout and lots of fun things to do, plus it's very close to the beach! It's only about a 3-4 minute walk, but we did learn that golf carts are a huge plus. We were there over the 4th of July weekend when Port A was super busy; we had a blast. The living area is huge, the kitchen is amazing and very well stocked, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are laid out perfectly. The ocean views are stunning! Our young adult children loved the pool, ping pong and foosball tables! The hosts thought of everything - there are sand castle toys (we also had an 8 year old with us), beach chairs, floats, frisbees, a wagon and more. The garages are enormous and so helpful. We had one maintenance issue that was very quickly addressed and the management staff was very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this house and we will definitely be back!
